Initial communication regarding the work done on our shower could have been better. We were not notified the plumber would be coming ahead of time which resulted in delays and a non functioning shower for two weeks. The final correction was done well however. We are still awaiting a painter to complete the cosmetic part of the repair.

The individual who fulfilled this maintenance request, although he was not the on-site maintenance engineer, was prompt, efficient and professional. Nice to see that Bigos Management apparently has a very deep 'bench' when it comes to competent maintenance

I am in the process of looking to move. I have looked at a few apartments around the metro area. I cannot say enough about how nice these apartments are! The river view is phenomenal, the landscaping is spectacular, the people who live there are so nice and friendly. It’s very quiet, clean and the floor plans and amenities are fabulous! Definitely on the top of my list!

After searching for an apartments we chose The Riverwood in Lilydale Mn for many reasons. Bigos that owns and manages the property really care how the building appears with tremendous maintenance with replacement and cleaning throughout the building keeping everything looking new. Great staff on site everyday helping where needed.

I moved in three months ago and every detail was handled smoothly and professionally, I even chose my own custom color for the dining room.:) Management is onsite and always responds promptly. An unexpected surprise is that I frequently see a bald eagle go past the living room window. Can't wait for summer!

You cannot beat the beauty of this place. Right on the river, near historic Mendota. Beautiful building with super amenities. Many units have fantastic river views. Excellent access to walking and bike paths, and an easy walk to a couple of great restaurants, and a few other services. Sharon in the office is top-notch. Friendly staff and residents.
