I lived at the Mayfaire Apartments for approximately 3.5 years from 2017 to 2021. I could not have asked for a better experience. The apartments are very nice and spacious and very well maintained. The common areas are also very well maintained.
The staff is PHENOMENAL. All of the office staff knew me by name and went above and beyond to assist me however they could. Their maintenance staff is also excellent. They are very friendly and extremely quick to address any maintenance concerns. I cannot emphasize enough how good of an experience I had at Mayfaire - this is the best complex I have ever

My husband, daughter and I have lived here for 3 years and we absolutely love it. The apartments are nice, bright and well kept. The grounds and common area are well maintained. The staff are INCREDIBLE and everything suns smoothly here. Nathalie l, Judy and Brodrick have been so kind and helpful over the years. They have become like family to us and our 3 year old daughter. ( Their names were some of her first words!). Maintenance and other issues are taken care of thoroughly and immediately. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe. Quiet area but right next to Greystone which has a few cute restaurants

This is an EXCELLENT apartment complex. Drucker & Faulk does a great job managing this place. They stay on top of things and don't waste time getting things done. All the staff here is professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. If you're looking for a place to call home in North Raleigh, this is a great place to do so.

Honestly one of the better places I've lived in the triangle.
PROS: Great staff, fast turn around, special requests are handled respectfully, communication is good. Complex crime is low or null. Walking distance to grocery store.
CONS: Local rec center blaring music from outdoor dance classes several days a week. Can hear upstairs neighbors as they walk around and anytime they are in the breezeways.

My husband and I have lived here since February 2020. The leasing staff is great! Maintenance is quick to respond to any issue, although we haven’t had hardly any. The apartment community is in a great location. Our neighbors are sweet and friendly. Would highly recommend this apartment community.

Mayfaire Apartments are like a little jewel in the north Raleigh area. Nestled on a hill surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds and gorgeous red maples, It is close to shopping areas, very pet friendly and safe. The staff, Judy and Nathalie are friendly and helpful from the initial tour to the passing of keys and beyond. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly by a knowledgeable longtime employee, Broderick. The neighbors are kind, quiet and friendly. No riff raff! My apartment is beautiful and spacious and affordable. Thank you all for providing me with a happy home.

This is my second time living at Mayfaire. The first time lived in the community about 4 years and moved out of town for short time and moved back in the region and back to Mayfaire. The 1st and now the 2nd experiences are little different. Same size apartment but the price increases are really getting out of line for the age of the units and though minor updates have been done still the look and feel of the mid 90's when they were built. For the price they are asking it should have more updated modern feel in respect to the basic old appliances from 90's and the plain interior doors. I'm beginning

When we first moved in, we had a couple minor issues. The front office staff and maintenance worked quickly to resolve the issue and take care of us. I am very pleased with my experience, most notably Judy and Nathalie. I would recommend Mayfaire Apartment Homes to anyone searching in the research triangle.

I lived here for several years and absolutely loved it! The Manager, Office Staff, and Maintenance are wonderful and they really care about the community! Our apartment was really spacious, the neighbors were great, and the location couldn't be better! You'll love this community if you choose to live here. :)

Before I moved in, the cleaning crew spent at least five hours cleaning. The apartment more than passed the white glove test and by far proved cleaner than any apartment or home into which I have moved. Maintenance of the buildings, pool, landscaping is prioritized. Although the complex was not new when I moved in, I had multiple friends and family ask if it was a new apartment complex. It is that well maintained. Overall, the staff are top-notch: respectful, friendly, flexible and always willing to answer questions. Unfortunately due to relocation, I had to break my one-year lease after nine months

I've lived here since June 2012 and I have nothing but positive things to say about Mayfaire Apartments. I believe one of the best things about the complex...that even the newer complexes don't have...is assigned parking. Even though this is a small complex, its nice to not have to feel you have to race home to be able to park near your building! They are very prompt with maintenance requests. Its very quiet which is important to me since I work from home at times. My neighbors are friendly. The grounds are kept neat and well manicured. The office is really good about letting us know things like

Background: been here two months and will start looking for a new place and break my lease here if possible. I lived in a perfectly fine location prior and only moved here because I thought I was getting a better apartment and value for my buck. No. Absolutely not. I am paying $800 and it is ridiculous how overpriced this place is. It is worth $600/month at best. I should have stayed where I was and not moved here.

the huge black roaches (THAT FLY!!!) are everywhere. The staff tells you their complex does not have them but just lies to get

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever experienced! Natalie is the apartment manager and she lives on property. You cannot be outside past 9pm without receiving noise complaints, from her!, even with no music. She does not even acknowledge you or say hello if you see her walking. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Her son rides his skateboard in the parking lot in front of cars. Needless to say, we paid to end our lease early because of how horrible it was. Upon moving out we were double charged for carpet cleaning that should have been covered under our pet deposit. Multiple phone calls to the office
