Pillar At Westgate Apartments

I spent 2 years at Pillar at Westgate and my experience there was outstanding. The service from the staff, administrative and maintenance both, was exceptional. They really care and took time to help. The apartment I was in was in great shape, no noisy neighbors, very classy atmosphere. Everyone in the complex was very friendly and helpful. The location is great for activities and outdoor events. I highly recommend Pillar to anyone searching for an apartment.

Lived her for 2 years, absolutely loved it. It was clean, staff was super responsive and helpful, going above and beyond most times when we requested help. Jasmine and Jen have always been lovely to us. The maintenance team is thorough, kind, and fast. The pool is ALWAYS spotless, it really does feel like a resort pool. Gym was great too. We are only moving due to life changes, otherwise we would have stayed. Great apartment complex.

The staff at &pillar Westgate has been amazing. From move in, to maintenance requests, to dealing with issues, the team has been responsive, caring and professional.
I’ve had a few issues with neighbors (that comes with apartments), but over all great people in the community, great location and amazing house for my money.
When problems arise, staff has been quick to address them. As a single dad, the safety and environment is very important to me and I love this place. I highly recommend it.

Jadyn t today told me multiple time that the garage door not opening is not an emergency. We are moving and after explaining well could you advocate for us or ask again because it does not seem you told your manager the full story and its an barrier to moving because we have a time line. Her expression was unempathic and and she told us to GO TO GOOGLE FOR CORPORATES NUMBER. She was unwilling to give us the CORPORATE NUMBER OR A SUPERVISOR NUMBER. My mom is a resident here and I do not understand how someone that does not understand simple customer service skills such as a resident asking for corporate

My electricity went out since 1 pm today I thought at for it was an outage until I spoke to SRP and was told and their end I should have electricity and next door also had electricity. I called the office and told them that The electricity for the entire unit was out and per SRP I need to call my maintenance. I called the office 1:50pm, 30min later I called again about 3 times no one answered the phone but when my son went to the two staff person was in the office sitting and could give no reason for not answering the phones other than they just spoke to her. I waited a little and called the emergency

Almost $1500 of rent at this place to have nothing but roach problems. I'm a pretty clean person and am always cleaning. Over priced for what it is. People are constantly leaving their trash bags outside of their doors and leave them there for days piling it up. Management seems to do nothing about it. People also don't seem to pick up after their dogs despite the complex having pet stations. Dirty exterior. It's slowly looking like income based housing. Feral cats around the property. Again, management does nothing.

Been here for about 2 yrs, nothing but great things to say. Maintenance is always ready to help and they get work orders done VERY quickly. All questions I’ve had were answered by Jen, Jasmine and the other amazing staff members.Easy access to the freeway and convieninetly placed in two minute walking distance of Westgate. I am really shocked by any low reviews. This apartment complex is great! It feels super safe and so far I have had no issues with crime, loud parties, etc.
The management is so wonderful, they make an effort to remember everyone’s names. The office is always clean and has lots of nice amenities. They do monthly treats for residents such as holiday goodie-bags which are so much fun.
I have only had 1 maintenance issue and it was fixed within a couple hours of me calling- service was very friendly and he fixed a couple tiny things he noticed that I hadn’t even picked up on. Really hard working

I’ve lived here going on two years and love it. The apartments are clean and great space. Love the office staff and maintenance, they are always friendly and quick with any requests/concerns. Big plus is walking distance to the football stadium and to Westgate. Quiet neighbors (for the most part), safe neighborhood, clean property and greenery/trees/grass are well kept.

Wonderful community. The staff is amazing and the complex is clean. quiet and safe. Jen and her team are doing an amazing job during this pandemic keeping the residents safe and healthy. They did fun little events before covid and continue to do them now, just a little bit differently. I would 100% recommend this apartment. We only moved because we needed another bedroom.
