I’ve called this place home for 3 years and it’s by far my favorite apartment complex! The nature trails, the lake, the little free libraries on the property, and how it’s secluded are such huge benefits! Not to mention the actual apartment units are so modern and spacious. There’s a sense of luxury at these apartments, and I’m so so grateful to live here!

I lived at the heights for 2.5 years and it was amazing. Located in a very quiet and nice area close to pretty much anything, I never had a bad experience with anyone and everyone has always been super helpful. Extra round of applause for Josh who is the assistant manager (I think??) now, but who has been there since I came and was always giving me new food places to try and was was my go to when I transferred apartments and when I had to leave early to move cross country. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

This apartment complex is amazing! I was a resident for 2.5yrs and only left because of work. The staff is always warm and welcoming. I’ve only had issues twice and that was with my dryer and they fixed it within hours. This is by far the best apartment complex I have stayed at in the rdu area. I would suggest this complex to anyone looking. If I ever move back to the area this is where I will stay.

I just recently left this complex after having lived there for a little over two years (we bought a house that's why we moved)
Not only is this complex conveniently located in the southpoint region of Durham, it is just simply a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. You will get to know your neighbors here at this complex as well, which is nice.
The front desk staff and maintenance crew are very friendly and easy going and I never had any issues getting things taken care of here. The amendments were great and they responded quickly to the Covid pandemic. I will surely miss this place !

Overall, the apartment complex is very clean, open and spacious layouts and with nice amenities (a resort pool, not lap pool), and responsive maintenance. The only downsides I felt were the noise being next to I-40 and two unfavorable interactions with management: once when they asked to take down a decoration on my balcony because they felt that it could "deteriorate" due to sun exposure and two, when I wasn't granted more time to decide whether or not move out because I was focused as a healthcare worker during the pandemic. During those two incidents, the management team was not understanding

I moved into my apartment in July. Such high quality apartments with awesome amenities and a beautiful scenery. I have had nothing but positive experiences dealing with the leasing office staff and maintenance workers. I have found Stacy from the leasing office and Brian in maintenance especially kind and helpful. If I had the power, I would give them both raises for their exceptional and friendly work. I definitely recommend this complex.

I have waited a few months after moving in to write a review of our new home. I wanted to get a lay of the land to give an honest accounting. It has been a while since I lived in an apartment complex. I find it has turned into a very positive experience. From the beginning our dealings with the leasing office have been prompt and courteous. Stacci is great to work with. She will help us with anything we ask of her. The same holds true with the maintenance department.

Pros: There is a very nice track near the apartments and it is very convenient. The pool area is extremely nice as well but it sometimes was not open on time on the weekends and closed fairly early. Overall, this apartment has nice amenities.
Cons: These apartments are infested with silverfish and the exterminators they hire for the property says it comes from the dead space in between apartments I guess. They never went away from the day we moved in until the day we moved out and the exterminators are great and come every Tuesday as long as you put in a work order. The silverfish are just something

This is my first apartment ever with Heights at Meridian. The experience from the beginning has been nothing but wonderful. Stacii has been so nice and helpful throughout my stay and move. The leasing office staff is so sweet and always clean. Anytime I have to put in a work order they always fix the issue the following day. They are always having food trucks and activities throughout the week to keep us entertained. The pool area is to die for; always spotless and we'll put together. I can't brag about the staff enough. Your courtesy doesn't go unnoticed, thank you!

I have lived here for two years and it’s is absolutely great! Upgrading from a one bedroom to a two bedroom was so east and the process went so smoothly. The property is always clean and presentable. The other tenants are all really nice and the atmosphere is usually quiet and peaceful. This is great for any one who works nights like myself. The ladies at the front desk are awesome, especially Stacii! She always keeps me updated on what’s going on and when free food is near. 😋
