So far so good, the building is very quiet. It’s been about a month. I love the gym & the location is extremely convenient. Diamond has been great in helping me sort out everything from moving in, to questions about the building. I’ve appreciated her quick and professional help. There’s also a really great maintenance man named Gerald . Everyone is very polite.

I live in the best place ever with the best leasing staff ever! Diamond Bledsoe is an amazing coordinator, excellent in resolving every issue that arises and really knows the residents. She is kind and patient and made my application and move in process seamless and easy. I feel like everyone in the leasing office cares about their residents and they go the extra mile to make sure we are well taken care of. I can’t say enough good things to say about Spoke! I am in the process of determining where I want to move after visiting a few properties. I was assisted by Diamond when I dropped by Spoke and was so impressed with the knowledge she possessed and the level of service she provided. Diamond was so kind and helpful with the numerous and sometimes off-the-wall questions I asked. She exceeded my expectations and I am leaning towards choosing Spoke as my next home because of her.

My experience at Spoke has been nothing but positive. Application and move-in was easy, thanks to the help of Diamond in the leasing office. As a resident, any emails I send to Diamond with questions or concerns are answered quickly and thoroughly. The neighborhood is cute and the complex itself is very nice and clean. This is definitely the best apartment complex I have lived in.

Spoke is such a unique property. It has everything I was looking for and much more. Diamond was so amazing. The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time - she was kind, knowledgeable and detail oriented. AND the property is pet friendly. My fur baby and I can’t wait to move into our new place!

I’ve been here for about 6 months. The first few months were great, no issues. Then we received new management and seems everything has gone down hill. Garage gate is frequently broken and left open so there have been cars vandalized/stolen items from cars, also have had issues with packages missing/stolen from the mail room. Elevators are frequently out of service. But The main reasoning for my review is from water damage in my unit. I put in a maintenance request MONTHS ago for water that appeared to be coming in above my window. Turns out it was trapped rain water from the balconies above

Diamond is absolutely amazing!! I had so many questions, and she not only provided me with thorough answers, she also went out of her way to ensure me that she’d be available to assist me in the future. She’s consistently pleasant and patient. I can tell she cares about the needs and concerns of the tenants at this complex. Highly suggest her for any concerns and info needed!

Located next to the Edgewood/Candler Park MARTA stop, this is the perfect location to get anywhere in the city. Spoke is walking distance to Little Five Points, Candler Park, and Freedom park, so it’s great for outdoor activities, entertainment and dining, while also having a safe, residential feel.
The leasing staff are very friendly and making you feel like part of a community, and I’ve never had to wait more than 1-2 days for the maintenance staff to respond to my requests. I highly recommend Spoke!

Since the new management company Waypoint moved in, this complex has drastically declined in terms of quality. Consistent problems are never addressed by management. If you want to live in an apartment complex that doesn’t care about your quality of life, allows the rentals of AIRBNBs making the complex constantly filthy and loud, and have no… confidence that you’ll ever receive your mail and packages because they are stolen since there is no oversight on the premises then SPOKE might be a suitable place to choose. But for the prices they charge you can definitely find better

We lived at Spoke for about 2 1/2 years from 2018 when they first opened. We were initially drawn to the complex since it was brand new and had great amenities, but soon realized that location was the best part. It's a great balance of being close to Midtown/Inman Park/Beltline without the insane prices.
Our rent did not really increase by much during our time here and we were even offered the same rate at the most recent renewal. We are only moving to transition to a homeowner life, but would have renewed otherwise. The complex is basically connected to a MARTA station, on the same line

I don't recommend this place to absolutely anyone. This place is priced and marketed as a luxury apartment complex, but it fails to meet this standard. When I originally signed a lease last May, they told us construction was light and that is was planned to be finished in the fall. A year later, the construction has been HEAVY at all hours of the day and isn't anywhere near done. The actual structure of the rooms themselves are small, cheaply made and needs constant repair.

I absolutely hate the direction Spoke has gone since new management has arrived. They are not personable like Matrix was. The staff is rude and the cost is crazy. They are not organized as well. Do not move here! They give you the price of rent, then charge you a whole lot of fees on top of it. $60 cable bill that you have to pay even if you don't have the cable! Run Far Away!!!

This place is amazing in all ways! I am a firm believer in living somewhere that makes you happy and Spoke ATL makes me sincerely happy. The leasing / maintenance team is Stellar! They really care and work hard to keep residents satisfied. The apartments are beautiful! The amenities are luxurious! The area is perfect … close by restaurants, shops… and many of Atlanta’s attractions. The price is affordable. If any of these things are important to you, consider moving to Spoke. I literally feel like I hit the apartment jackpot. I am so grateful. I am so happy! :)
