I applied for an apartment but I found another place, I payed $200 for the application process and I have requested a refund and literally no one has gotten back to me! They won’t answer the phone at all, I’ve left several voicemails and emails and they are ignoring them all. Please just give me my refund, this isn’t right !

My husband and I lived here for many years. Willow Oaks provided an affordable, safe environment for us to live and supported us through military deployments, pandemics, blizzards and blackouts. Coming from NYC, I loved that the apartments were large with big balconies that overlooked the trees like a treehouse- Even the 1BD has a bath and a half! We upgraded to a 3BD and it's huge! The apartments are showing their age, but when needed, the maintenance staff is always prompt, efficient, courteous and have truly become our friends throughout the years -especially Leon, We love you Leon! I moved into Willow Oaks Apartments back in November of 2019 and I haven’t had any complaints. When I do have a question or a need, the staff in the front office are always welcoming and friendly and doesn’t treat me like I’m just another tenant in there building but they treat me with respect and like a friend. Absolutely love this place. My balcony is facing trees with I really like. This area is really quiet and the people I’ve met so far coming in and leaving out are really friendly. I absolutely love the space in the apartment and my daughter loves the space as well. I wish I had 4

I left NYC and moved to Willow Oaks Apartments back in 2019, and I absolutely LOVE it here. The apartments are very big, affordable, located in a quiet area, and there are great shops & stores right along Forest Hills Ave, including access to a GRTC bus, not far from the entrance of Willow Oaks Apartments. If you commute to work by car in the city of Richmond, Willow Oaks is not far away at all!

Just wanted to take a moment to give a shout-out to the maintenance crew here at Willow Oaks. My fiance and I moved here April 5th, and have had a great experience so far. The two maintenance requests we've had so far (one of them being an after-hours Saturday request) were checked out and fixed quickly. The office staff was very warm to welcome us into our new home, as well as to check in with a sweet Thank You note upon our first week here. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, and welcoming as well. Thanks for welcoming us so well to Richmond!

I have lived here for close to two years and I love it. The staff is always available for assistance with issues, which there have not been more than a handful. The office staff always returns emails and phone calls promptly. If you want a pleasant and secure apartment home, Willow Oaks is the place you've been looking for. I highly recommend living here
