Get hypothermia in the pool, even when it's 90 degrees outside! They say it's not heated "because of COVID" (your guess is as good as mine). Now the hot tub is broken... no fix in sight. We get constant emails about their extensive, vague rules. They call themselves "dog-friendly" but it's a sea of concrete and we get frequent emails stating that dogs can only use the tiny, rocky, dark "dog park" which is in a weird alley by the unsecured parking garage (near which someone was murdered a few months ago). Not amazing.

Please please please do not sign a lease here. This place is filthy. Everybody has a pet, and there are frequently pet potties on the floor in the hallway. It does not get cleaned and there is a constant smell from it. The sidewalks also smell of pet waste. The whole building is essentially a litter box. They do, however, maintain the gym and clubhouse areas nicely so you will see that on your tour, but the areas where you will actually be living is just one step above a slum. Also, the neighborhood is unsafe. I would not recommend walking outside at night. There was a homicide just outside the

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Save your money. You will receive additional bills on top of your rent (common area utilities - which we couldn’t even use during covid), I moved out 2-months ago and just received my move-out bill and I’m being almost 3x my monthly utility bill with ZERO explanation.
The regatta office isn’t responding to their own corporate office (corporate told me this) so they are unable to resolve any of my questions.
I have escalated this with 3 people at corporate who have been SO rude on the phone and say they won’t help me with any issues other than explain the bill (which

The apartment I visited was beautiful, modern and well appointed. Because this is Denver, prices are sky high. Is it worth it? They've got most disturbed apartments rented, therefore it just be with the price too at least a few people. 4 stars for location, apartment content and sheer size of the complex.

I've lived here for almost 3 years.
Pros: Location, Cost in comparison to Market, Maintenance Staff is excellent, helpful, generous and kind.
Cons: Acoustics in this building are horrible. Paper thin floors. It is insufferable and has been poorly managed during quarantine. I've moved units once due to an inconsiderate neighbor. No improvement in my new spot. Management solve is that you call the security company after hours to log enough complaints to even give your noisy neighbor a courtesy call. They chalk everything up to "apartment living." Super ineffective and is the reason I'm leaving

The place definitely has some nice aspects to it. It’s in an up and coming area with some nice amenities provided their not closed. The more minor problems are the noise and management, where your experience may vary. The walls are thin, there’s constant construction and there is no shortage of fees.
The major problem is the security. I’ve seen at least 3 cars broken into within the past year and since they use an amazon lockers for packages, yours might just be left in the hallway for any resident to grab if it doesn’t fit. There are spare keys to each apartment and I managed to find

I lived here for over 2 years. The location is great as you are blocks from a beautiful lake, yummy tap and burger, and many more places now to have everything you need in walking distance. It is also very central to downtown and Golden area. The staff (especially Samantha D) are incredibly nice and very helpful. She was very kind and resourceful no matter my question. I definitely recommend living here!

This has been an absolutely wonderful living experience. Super dog friendly, which was great for our huge American bulldog. Wonderful amenities from rooftop grills and fire pits to year round pool and hot tubbing. In-laws came and stayed in the guest suite and it was perfect. Everything was taken care of. Love this place, 5 starts for sure!!!

We have lived at Regatta for 8 months and LOVE it. We feel like we live is a luxury boutique hotel. The amenities are great and well maintained. There is no nicer apartment pool than the pool at Regatta. Every time we walk in the building you get a sense of, "We Can't Believe We Live Here". The residents are Great, Friendly and Respectful. It's a… mix of all ages and demographics which gives Regatta a Community Feel. The location can't be beat. Your 2 quick miles from Downtown. The light rail is 3 blocks away with easy access to Coors Field and Pepsi Center. You can walk to Mile High Stadium

The Regatta at Sloan's Lake is hands down one of the best communities I have ever lived in. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The amenities are amazing. I use the pool/hot tub, fully equipped gym, grill and the clubhouse on the regular. The property is clean and quiet. I love the tall ceilings in our unit. The neighborhood has lots to offer and many things within walking distance. It's great having the lake so close. I truly feel at home at the Regatta!!
