This place is a sh*thole. The turnover in the leasing office is high. When I lived here I think there were six or seven different leasing agents and three different property managers in the span of of a year and a half. There was a 2-Alarm fire on the roof early April which surprised no one because the owner and FPI (the management) don't give a single f*ck. Needles, homeless people, garbage in the stairwells, people coming into your apartment without permission, serious mold concerns, cars and storage units constantly broken into, extremely hostile management... the list goes on. If you&apos

I just moved out a few weeks ago. Have lived here for a few years now. Jon was the manager when I first moved in and was not only helpful and insightful, but warm and just all around fantastic. He made applying super easy and stress-less.
I had a few maintenance issues at one point when the new management company took over, but they were quickly and efficiently taken care of. Marcel is super fast and super responsive and always so sweet.
The new leasing manager in the office (I think her name is Krystal) is amazing. She has only been there for a few weeks and has already helped turn so many other

When looking to rent here I really recommend talking to Claire at the management office, she really cares about her residents. She actually was a manager at the first place I rented in west Seattle about 8 years ago and was great there as well. So it was a happy suprise to see her when I came to the Residence apt.

I have lived here 2 times in the last 5 years! Once before all the renovations that the building did, once after. the new spaces look so nice! while we cant use the gym the rooftop courtyard was perfect for the summer. new landscape and multiple fire pits allowed me to still see my neighbors but stay safe and distant. amazing views of downtown, Mount Rainer and the new TV for outdoors and the comfortable furniture make me want to sign another lease! being right on 35th and Avalon I find it easier to still live in west Seattle vs further in. those fewer street lights make it nice to get

Great apartment building and really great staff. The maintenance man Marcel is great and always gets to things in a timely and professional manner. Would highly recommend these apartments even though the West Seattle bridge is closed.

Alright. This is a long one. So me and my partner really loved some of the floor plans for this apartment. We had a tour set up, and the leasing manager didn't bother to show up, or let anyone know that she had a tour scheduled for that day so someone else could do it. Marcel, the awesome maintenance guy had to show us around. We loved it, and decided to apply. We put a HOLD down on an apartment and then... didn't hear back for around a week. I emailed Jon, but he didn't respond. I ended up calling during work because I was so frustrated. A woman picked up and told me "Oh! I

I am a site unseen resident! Moving from AZ to West Seattle, there was a lot of anxiety behind finding the right apartment when we knew we couldn't see it first. Out of the 30+ apartment buildings I reached out to during my search, Claire Wildgen from Residences at 3295 Apartments was the only one who was actively interested in helping me. It just always felt like she was kind and caring, from the very get-go.
When my significant other and I finally traversed to Washington to see the apartment, the building was beautiful, the units modern, clean, and stunning, and prices well below what we were

I lived here for about 3 years, and in the beginning management was wonderful. During my stay, management changed and wow did things go downhill. I moved out in November 2019, and at the rate things improved around this place I imagine nothing has changed. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. Oh my gosh I cannot express this enough. Literally anywhere else in west Seattle will be better for you if you're looking for a new home. Stay far far away for this garbage fire. Management is awful, the building is not maintained in any sort of way. Is there maintenance? Other than the scary ted bundys y'all hire

Nichole provided nothing short of a wonderful experience while I was looking for a new apartment! She was highly communicative, quickly answered all of my many questions, and even took pictures of the apartment I was considering as I was out of state and unable to view it at the time which was incredibly thoughtful, proactive, and helpful. Though I didn't ultimately move into Residences at 3295 for reasons that had nothing to do with the complex itself, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to call home. Thank you Nichole!

My husband & I have lived here for 3 years. The current management company is great & has done many upgrades. Our facilities person is awesome. We rarely need anything fixed, but when we do, he’s on top of it. Staff is friendly & professional. The location is so convenient. Definitely glad we chose this building when we downsized & moved from a large house.

Not only is this place cost-effective and modern, it is also managed by an extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable property manager, Caitlin. She was very transparent and thorough with her responses to our questions. Anyone who is interested in living in the Western Seattle area, I would highly recommend!

I've lived here coming up three years and I am enjoying my stay. The staff is friendly and they take care of tenants needs. Jonathan has been a wonderful property manager and is always friendly and thoughtful. The views from the roof show parts of West Seattle, Downtown Seattle and Mount Rainier. Grocery and convenience stores are near and it's close to the West Seattle bridge.

Do not rent here! I lived there for 2 years and  I am currently in a dispute with the management company, Greystar, who has an F rating with the BBB...for a reason! Every interaction with management there is a nightmare of incompetence.
The building becomes an oven in even slightly warm weather as there are no windows or ventilation in the hallways. The building actually looks like a microwave!
In addition to wasting time dealing with the incompetent management and maintenance staff, the elevator is slow and much of your time will be wasted waiting for it.  On the day that I moved out, there

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS DISHONEST APARTMENT HOUSING! Sitting right on 35th Ave is extremely loud, you can hear everyone walking around above you, it is extremely expensive for how small the apartments are, parking in a terrible garage with horrible spots is 100 dollars a month and they charge you RIDICULOUS amounts when you move out. They do not require a deposit and they do that so they can charge you WHATEVER they want when you move out. It was a miserable experience with each new manager coming through having no idea what is going on. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place

I recently lived at The Residences at 3295. Living here was awesome! My experience here started in August of 2014 and ended September of 2016. Due to the management team, my time here couldn't have been better. When I first moved in. Danielle the property manager and then Carson and Eryn were the maintenance. The team changed halfway through my stay and it only got better with Jonathan the property manager and Dave as maintenance. There was never a situation that could not be solved or a maintenance problem fixed.

Best things about living here. The building is new! All the appliances, outlets

I've lived at Residences for a few months. Thus far, it has been a great experience largely due to management's commitment and dedication to the residents.

The building is situated near the local shops and restaurants, so running errands is easy and convenient. The apartment also sits on the main bus stop, which leads directly to Downtown Seattle. Add to it the nice rooftop and courtyard amenities and modern interiors. Overall, this apartment community is a great place to call home.

I saw a cool looking building and am thinking of moving, so I stopped by. Jon the manager greeted me warmly and showed me around. He wasn't pressuring me into anything, he just gave me information and was very welcoming and friendly offering to help in the future if I decide to move. The property was nice, but Jon made it nicer. I would definitely consider living here in the future!

I have been in the building for about 3 years, and I love it. My neighbors are lovely, the location is ideal, and the rooftop deck is spectacular. Most impressive to me, however, is the new manager onsite, Jonathan. I had a sofa delivered, and I took a day off, to be there for it. They just left it in the lobby, and left before I got down there. I am a smaller, single female, and I was a little panicked when I saw this.
JONATHAN to the rescue! I went to the rental office to see if he maybe had a dolly I could borrow (full sized sofa, that wouldn't have worked) and he called the maintenance

I moved to the Residences from Renton March 2016, and let me start by saying my previous leasing department was a nightmare to deal with. So when I met Jonathan, the new leasing manager at Residences, it was like a dream come true. He's been so amazing to work with, answering every question I have and really taking an interest in my life and getting to know me! You really don't get that kind of good customer service anymore, especially at apartment complexes. My studio is perfect for my dog and I, however I try to run the dryer right before I leave the house. The appliances are new, but

I've lived here for two years and chose this building because it is right off of the west Seattle bridge. There's easy access to downtown, beautiful view from my apartment, a rooftop as well as courtyard to entertain guests, and my apartment has the modern amenities I was looking for. The garage is also convenient being that there isn't the best parking in the area. Overall I enjoy living in this building and would recommend it.

Do not rent here! I am currently in a dispute with the management company, Greystar, who has an F rating with the BBB...for a reason! They did not return my deposit, violated WA State tenant laws regarding the return of deposit, and their reaction to me trying to resolve the situation is to avoid answering their phone or returning phone calls. The management cited WA State tenant laws, when asked about the move out procedure, that were completely false. The onsite management has the obstacle of dealing with the bad business practice of Greystar.

Living here wouldn't be too bad if it weren't for the noise. The complex is situated at a busy intersection and the windows do nothing to block the noise. On top of that there is no AC, so good luck sleeping on a hot summer night when you have no choice but to open your window and listen to the ambulances, buses, and motorcycles.
Overall a nice place but I wouldn't do it again. I like being able to sleep in my home.

We could not rent here, due to the size of the bedrooms in these apartments. I wanted to submit a positive review for Cheryl Ann and her staff. We toured at least 5 different floorplans, measuring and wandering about. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to try and help us find a home at 3295.

She even called us when a larger apartment came open, but we had already rented elsewhere.

5 stars for Cheryl Ann and her staff - I wish she'd had something big enough for us.

We loved the amenities and the view from the stadium / park facing apartments. These apartments
