Currently here and just constant issues. The ac drains into the tub and for the fix they just put a small pump in the drain pan that goes off almost everything very hour. Can never get ahold of the office I have to call several times just to get someone to pick up. Constantly battling parking issues. They don’t inform you when a sub contractor (which left a huge mess in our unit) is coming into your unit and doesn’t really communicate with you till after the fact anything is wrong with the complex.

We had to move from Houston to Corpus quickly for work. The ladies in the front helped us so much, especially Oneida. All the ladies were quick, fast and so polite thru the whole process. They made my stress level drop so much. We moved in a month ago, and our apartment had a few issues. But they were so quick to come fix everything. Not only did they fix everything but gave me a worrier peace of mind. They never made you feel bad once for asking for something to be fixed, or made it seem as you were bothering them. I just moved in to my new apartment and I love it!! The staff was amazing in helping us get our apartment! The leasing office agent ( Oneida Perez) was just simply amazing. She made sure everything was good and we got what we were looking for. I love our floor plan. Everything is going great!! I just moved into Harbor House about a week ago. The agent who assisted me with leasing (Oneida Perez) was very helpful and patient with my frequent and sometimes repetitive questions. She was able to get me into a unit on short notice and guide me through the process of leasing, as well as setting up electricity and internet service. She made a somewhat stressful move much easier for me.

If you like hot showers or showers at all—this is probably not the place for you. On the other hand, if you prefer cold showers or sometimes no shower, the a/c unit draining directly in your bathtub, the fresh smell of dog poo every time you go outside—living here will be like a constant vacation for you.

The process of moving in to this place was so awesome. Mrs. Oneida was super helpful and patient with me and she really was so open and transparent with everything so that the move in can go smoothly. She is a very great communicator and really made me feel calm throughout the whole process and all of my questions were answered. She has made me feel super excited and comfortable about moving in to this place.

My husband and I lived at Harbor House for 6 years but when we first moved in it was known as the Arbors on Saratoga. We just recently moved out two months ago because we had purchased a new home. We loved living at Harbor House it was really home to us. Yes we had certain issues but they did their best to make us happy. I do recommend anyone who is looking for a place to live Harbor House is really a nice place to live.

I recently moved out due to purchasing a home, but truly loved our time at Harbor House. The space was a lot for the price and the finishes were upgraded. We actually called it our beach bungalow! I miss those beautiful floors! The patio was spacious and the dog park was well kept. We kept the ac on 70 even in the heat of summer and our bill was still on the low side. When maintenance requests and issues came up, management took care of us right away. We never had issues with water being off without notice. I recall one time not having water do to a necessary repair and we were given plenty of

My overall experience from day one has been amazing! The entire staff has been super helpful and made sure our move in was stress free. I read all the reviews regarding the parking and water shut offs. I’ve lived here for a few months now and can say that both issues are minimal and actually understandable. The parking is full because this place is full, so obviously people love to live here. The water shut offs are expected because the new management is making so many improvements, so simple growing pains. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home.
