If you are looking for a laid back, relaxing, and quiet community this is not the place to go. Unfortunately, the affordability comes with inconsiderate neighbors and thin walls. If you can afford it, I’d suggest going elsewhere. I’ve been here for a little over a month and haven’t had a full night of sleep here thanks to my neighbors bumping music in the middle of the night (all nights of the week) and the people above me that seem to have a horse living with them; judging by the amount of stomping going on. Love my apartment, Wonderful community and great staff! maintenance and manager are very friendly and helpful. Even with all the Covid stuff going on right now they still do everything they can and go above and beyond.

Such a wonderful place to live! We are in between houses, waiting for our new home to be finished. We were very hesitant to move into an apartment because it has been 20+ years since we lived in one, but we decided to live here because it was brand new. I have to say that we are very pleased with our experience so far. It's nice that it is a relatively small community, with overall good neighbors which gives us a peaceful life until we can be back in a house.

This place use to be wonderful for community living. Great amenities, management, front office, and maintenance team. Amazing nature. Respectful, friendly, middle class residents. All that started going down hill slowly but surely as the place went under new ownership and new management. Overflowing trash, used condoms in the grassy areas, fishing hooks and trash all over the lake area. Disrespectful new residents. With the new management, there followed new "caliber" of residents. Like follows like, is how it can be described. Sad but true.

Excellent place to live. Nature does what she does and The folks at The Flats do all they can to make us comfortable. What more can we expect when nature strikes? We all do the best we can. They are nice to us and we will treat them the same. That's what neighbors do. Besides, this is a great place to live.

Best apartment experience so far. We have lived at other places all over the state and country and everything about Arrowhead far surpasses all the others. The apartment and everything in the community is new and it’s nice not being in a huge complex with hundreds of people. They did undergo a management change and in our opinion the new management is better and more fair than the last. I wouldn’t pay much attention to the negative reviews about management because I know for a fact it’s just a few people who are upset about rules being enforced that they previously didn’t have to follow

So far this has been the best apartment living experience I’ve had. Jennifer and her team are so great a communicating with residents. They make sure people follow the rules and expectations in the lease and make sure that everyone is considerate of their neighbors. This has made living here so pleasant and easy! It feels like a resort and not like an apartment. Neighbors are great and the amenities are exactly what I was looking for.
