DO NOT APPLY HERE!!! They barely even have staff and you won't get proper serviced! Did an apt tour back in May then applied mid-July. Applied on a Friday, called to speak with the property manager and she confirmed that I got approved and should expect to see my welcome email. It's been 11 days and no email. I called that following Monday and got nothing but excuses. They refuse to send the welcome email or refund my money. This is foreshadowing how bad my experience will be if I moved in! Glad I'm going with another, more professional company.

Somehow management of this complex changes constantly. And it's hard for them to make things work. Have to ask many times before they will do something. 2 years ago they moved my dryer and broke the door.
They never paid me back for the repair.
Then I referred this complex to a friend and had to get a bonus in 30 days. 3,5 months past by, and "it's still in the process..". I can continue on and on: mildew in bathrooms (finally at least painted it), odor of weed on the property, falling down railing, old yellow color of walls, dirty ceilings, etc.
Maintenance guys are great. But some of the stuff

I have lived here almost a year and I am so excited to be here for many years to come. The maintenance staff is amazing! Larry gets my work orders done within 24 hours ! The office staff is very personable and everyone of my neighbors are very friendly . My favorite is how close the park is! We walk there every weekend to enjoy the added amenities that are so close!

We here only few months and we already tired of it. We had all possible maintenance issues (broken plumbing, nonworking hitter when it's less then 15 degrees outside, doors, shower... etc.) and they won't fix it until you call them every day to remind about yourself during 1-2-3-4 weeks...They will smile talking to you but doesn't care at all. One time one lady from management yelled at me because I called her on inconvenient time when we had emergency. The only one good thing about this place is location. That's it.

I have been residing at Autumn Ridge Apartments for about 10 months and absolutely “Love It”. Wonderful Office and Maintenance Staff. Conveniently located close to Historical Roswell, Alpharetta, and Atlanta. Nestled right up against East Roswell Recreational Park. Just a hop, skip and jump. Such a fun place to live. All the residents are a pleasure to live by and associate with.
I highly recommend living here to anyone looking for a “Home Away From Home”feeling.
