My dryer at home broke and me and my roommate had 3 weeks of clothes built up each. Hamper app picked up my clothes and brought them back clean and folded nicely. The entire transaction was smooth and convenient. The price may be high but for the service I received and my circumstances the premium was well worth it.

I have been a customer for 7 months and had the misfortune of discovering they fail to clean their machines daily and reuse the dry cleaning solvent. The result is clothes that emit a sickening body odor smell which is bacteria from their unsanitary machines. Several batches of clothing are all contaminated. They were not even surprised when I told them and they attempt to avoid the issue and keep insisting that dry clean my items again at no charge. They avoid addressing the issue when questioned. The last thing I want is to give these people another item of clothing to clean in their dirty solvent

DO NOT USE! Save yourself the headaches. The app is the best part of their service and it does not accurately reflect the quality of their work. They send you inaccurate invoices that do not reflect what they have received and done. I’ve found myself paying extra for premium detergent & baby detergent and I do not lie to you when I say my newborns daughters clothing has come back rock solid. They’ll mess up your whites. Your clothes will shrink and come back scrappy. You’ll get someone else’s laundered items and yours will go missing. Open the bags immediately after receiving them because

I've been using laundry services for about 5 years now, this being my 3rd and least favorite. The website and app are very misleading, and the service they perform is less than that of other companies (like HappyNest).
Their FAQs state that they provide 2 bags, one for your laundry and another for dry cleaning, but that is 100% untrue. When asked about this, they told me to send my laundry in trash bags and they will return it in those blue plastic bags they use. My laundry and dry cleaning was picked up on a Monday morning, laundry was returned Wednesday night. Received my Dry Cleaning. We are in a Hotel with limited clothes, making the minimum lb weight almost uses all our clothes, makes it difficult to very limited clothes for 2 days. Otherwise the service works well in normal situations.

I decided to try hamperapp after the service I used closed. The app was easy to use and very thorough. I had the order picked up at 6pm and it was supposed to be dropped off at 6pm the next day. I was leaving town, but I had my assistant there to receive it. The delivery driver didn't speak English well and gave her some clothes that were hung on hangers, but not the 50lbs of laundry I had them pick up the day before. He called the following day and said he dropped off the wrong order. I facetimed with my assistant only to find out he didn't give me any of my laundry and instead gave

I've been using Hamperapp since April. I saw one of their mini service vans in the streets in little Havana when I was on my way to drop off my kids to school. It caught my attention, I googled it immediately and downloaded the app. It came in perfect timing since the dry cleaners I used to use the owner retired and sold the shop. I love the flexibility of the schedule and the super fast turn around time. And the best part, they pick up and deliver! The prices are about 25% more than what I was paying but I am more than happy with the services and the friendliness of the staff.
