I took my son to Dr. Dziuba. She's a very good doctor, so nice, so professional.
I gave 4 stars , because today I got a bill for the visit, which I paid FOR SURE with cash that day ( I remember because I had to go back to take my wallet to do this) . The man who took money didn't give me any receipt . I called there today, I talked to him, but he said that on the computer there is nothing , so I own them money for the visit.
Good lessons for me- ALWAYS ASK ABOUT AND TAKE A RECEIPT! Because now I have to pay again.

Dr. Dziuba is very informative in her exams. She explains procedures so that I can understand them. She has a great selection of frames. Patrick the office manager helped me pick out the frames that best suited my face. It is a nice clean office and everyone is very friendly. I felt very comfortable in their care. I also felt like I had very personal service not like at those chain stores.
