These people do not care about you or your living experience! The building is also declining and becoming dated. I lived here for many years and recently moved because the place was so poorly managed --- among many other issues (security, car stolen, packages stolen, rise of cost even though they took away all amenities for a year and half etc... I could go on). They won't even respond to you while taking your hard earned money. You need to make a scene in order to be heard --- and even then, they will ignore you. There are plenty of other buildings out there that are way better with way better

Either tenants or vendors this place doesn’t care about the people. Two elderly woman in the office barely want to get out of their chairs let alone work. Would keep looking because as soon as you have a problem in the unit, you’ll have a problem with them. One of the maintenance guys is polite, the other is rude and snarky. Good luck and keep looking else where.

I don't usually write many reviews, but I would like to say that I've been a resident of this place for a short period of 3 months (Planned for 6, however the pandemic hit so had to head back home). I would like to share my experience with those who are interested or considering their stay after the Covid stuff dies down.
So, my potential roommates and I were a pretty international group. We also never met before and set ourselves up through a facebook housing group. During this time we were looking for a place to stay and Empire Landing was one of the choices. Of course we read the reviews

The place itself is beautiful, the amenities and apartments are great. HOWEVER, the management at this place is horrible. We have been here for nearly 10 months now and the management and leasing staff don't ever want to do their job, always feel like you need to push them, constantly remind them to get to what they need to do, and 80% of the time they end up not doing it. The only time I've seen them respond so fast to messages is when a friend put his 30 day notice to leave, and they responded within 3 minutes to his email, saying they have received the notice and his apartment will now be on

Been living here for 6 months and its been a nightmare. Originally we moved here because the property had many great amenities we wanted to take advantage of like the pool gym and the shopping center near by but with covid being a serious issue and the state wide lockdown being effect for all but 2 months of our lease so far we haven’t been able to take advantage. One major problem I have is with the staff. They absolutely DO NOT do their job. Its as if it was a job requirement to not do anything correctly with out having someone stand over their shoulder or constantly writing emails to follow

The leasing staff is super rude and not professional. This place tries everything to keep every penny you give including your deposit to hold the place. Would not recommend for anyone to spend their money here. Its a waste of time and money. Go somewhere else it’s not worth the headache !!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
I have lived at multiple properties in Burbank and this is by far one of the best properties in the area, management does and amazing job and has answered my questions at every turn, and actually cares, especially when it came to the start of COVID-19. Other residents can be a bit catty, but that is mostly avoidable.

I’ve been living here for a little over a year now and am very happy with everything! The staff is professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Special shoutout to Michael, Kathy and the maintenance team! They are super awesome and really go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. The property is clean and well maintained. I love the gym and pool area and really love how they have a dog park. Also it is located close to the empire center, where there are great eating and shopping places. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience here and recommend this place to everyone.

I have lived at Empire Landing for the last 4 years, and do to a job move I have to move out and I couldn't me more sad! The complex has been great to me over the last 4 years, a friendly leasing office always there to help, upgraded gym, a nice pool, friendly residents of all ages, plenty of parking and close to everything in Burbank. While I think the apartments could use a little bit of an upgrade in its furnishings, I have felt so comfortable here. If I find myself back in the Burbank area, I will absolutely be coming to check out Empire Landing.

Management Sucks. They never fix anything until you move out ( because they never fix anything ). They always take your whole deposit even if you hardly lived there ( I travel as part of my job ). I left the place spotless and they Refused to return Any of my deposit. If I wasn't so busy working out of town I would sue them. Do not move here. You Will regret it !!!
