Overall my experience here at Century Park Place has been good. Every issue we had has been resolved in a responsive time, even if there was a few hiccups. Chris the maintenance guy is great and excellent at his job! I’ve notice he is the only person that actually does everything (not sure what that is about. Maybe management can find him some help because that seems a lot for one guy to do.

Was interested in this location. Set up a Zoom tour. Went to the link at the specified time, they never started the meeting. Tried to call to see what was going on and all their phone numbers go through an insane bot system that never actually gets to a person no matter what you do.

It's a decent place. I wouldn't label it luxury. The parking is just trifling if you are not in your apt by around 6:30pm and they're such small spaces in certain areas you would think we live in NY with trying to squeeze in those spots. You can literally take a shower with the hot water on only this is how trash the hot water is. I'm usually in and out so I'm sure I'll update with more later. You can definitely find better for the amount you pay here.

Out of all of my apartment hunting, I've never been more happy with my experience at Century Park Place Apartments! I have been working with Rebekah Thomas, the community director, and she has been such a joy! It has been so hassle-free and informative from inquiring about a tour, to the actual tour, down to any and all of my questions being answered and more. Everyone in the office were very welcoming and professional. Ms. Rebekah was very informative on the different floor plans available, the amenities, as well as the application process. Most of all she made me feel valued as someone interested
