SIlvana Oaks is a pet friendly community. We restrict the following breeds: Chow Chow, Doberman, Rottweiler, Pit Bulls, Spitz, American Bulldog, and/or any mix thereof. We also participate in the Poo Prints DNA program and all of our dogs are registered at move in/renewal. We do require an insurance coverage of $500 on your renter's insurance policy as well.

Excelent place, close to main avenue and supermarkets the spacious and comfortable rooms I love the kitchen and the closet in the main room , the community is quiet and pleasant the friendly staff, and tiffanny's work in the office is Excellent, a kind person, and always ready to help and listen, my family and I have two years and we are happy!

I love this place. When I came in for a tour and I instantly knew I walked into the right place. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I’ve been living here for a few months now and I’m so happy. Centrally located and so many fun things to do. I love our resident events. The other morning I was able to eat breakfast courtesy of the office, thank you Melissa! You just don’t see people appreciate their resident nowadays so this means a lot. I love it here!

I lived here for two years and loved it! This place is very convenient to everything. Shopping and restaurants are literally at your back door. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone seems to be friendly. The staff is amazing. Anything you need, they will bend over backwards to help out. I highly recommend this place if you are new to the North Charleston area

I would rate it a 2 at this time due to a lack of keeping promises. They have events set up and people participate in them. There was one for Halloween where you had to decorate your door, who ever has the best you get a prize. I've called the office over 5 times a whole week after they said they would announce the winner and said they haven't gotten to it yet. Mind you that my little sisters pitched in their own money to decorate our door and worked their hardest to make it the best. Still to this day, they haven't fallen through their promise of a prize nor had the effort to announce that their

Silvana Oaks Apartment's is the best place in Charleston. Melissa and her team always give Superior Service, when they see you they will always call you by your name and it's awesome that they will take the time to get to know everyone. Everything is close by so you can walk and shop and the apartments are beautiful and spacious on the inside. Come to Silvana Oaks Apartment's and you will not be disappointed.

We've been here a month or two now, and I am absolutely in love. I can't see us no renewing our lease unless we're moving into a house. The community is friendly, but not like overbearing cause I am by no means social. No one bothers anyone. The kitchen is my favorite part. It's not like other complexes where you're jammed into a small rectangular slit. The laundry room is bigger than I could've possibly anticipated. I have lived here about a year. My apartment is quiet and spacious, but the true highlight is the HUGE kitchen. The girls in the office are amazing - super grateful for their continuing to put up with my influx of heavy packages that I keep having delivered. I have, in the past, had issues finding a place to park, especially in front of my building, but there are always spaces around the community, especially in guest parking. Plus the garages have decent lighting and electrical outlets, which I did not have before. Overall, this has been a great experience.

Apartments are beautiful and community is great. However, make sure you take pictures of the apartment when you move in and when you move out, and you accompany the management on the final walk through. We had a tear in our carpet by the kitchen, which I was fully ready to replace since our dogs damaged it. Instead of replacing just this area, management replaced the entire apartment's carpet plus charged a 5 year fee, which resulted in $1200 worth of just carpet damage. Although office staff is great, management is definitely lacking.

Silvana Oaks are quiet apartments with super accommodating staff! Noelle has been nothing short of amazing with giving us all the info we needed to move in! All the people in the neighborhood have been nice and polite. I see a gentlemen every single day I leave the complex in the morning cleaning up any debris that has blow into our complex! Not only is there no trash around the complex but we have a system in place that ENSURES everyone is picking up after their pets! 5 stars in my book!

This is a great place to call home! The management staff is so friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure things are right. The apartment complex is clean and well-kept. The apartments are nice inside, with great layouts. My only complaint is that it is a little close to the rougher area of town, but other than that, it's a great place to live, and super affordable!

I've avoided writing this for a long time, mostly due to still living and fearing that management would find something to fee us for just for writing this. I've lived in this apartment since July 2015 and from petty fees to the $1/day trash pick-up. The people in the office change every other month. I am thankful for Melissa, she is great. However the rotating staff is atrocious. Some of them have been plain rude. Whenever I've had a maintenance problem, the maintenance guys have been more than willing to fix it. They are GREAT! For the price, you would think that things wouldn't break so much
