Our rents include cable and high-speed internet in every apartment home. However, the property does offer an all-inclusive package that will allow for you to include the electricity and water/sewer. Additional rates do apply. Yes, you can do several tasks through your resident portal. Some of these tasks include making payments, submitting work order requests, and looking up your leasing documents.

I wanted to move into this community, but it has community internet. I work from home and tested their internet speed from a friends apartment who is a tenant. The internet speed is horrible if you work from home. I was going to take over someone lease, but they couldn’t tell me if I could increase the speed or get my own modem.

Smells and Safety are of the utmost concern! My university student has asked for a solution numerous times regarding the cigarette smell in the "carpet replaced within the last year" apartment. After 4 cleanings of the carpet and walls on our part, it still STINKS like smoke and we found cat hair around the place.
Also, there has been no communication regarding the two safety incidents, other than cards in the door from HPPD--Horrible circumstances. No alerts. Smoking is allowed, pets are allowed, though the lease states otherwise- just use the deck. Be aware to ask about the tenants prior to

I am a travel nurse with kids and took a short term lease at Palladium Park. The staff is very friendly. Maintenance is friendly and quick to respond. The grill areas are nice and the pool is clean. They have a package center that links to your email and give you a code so that is convenient and safe. I also have two dogs and they are very dog friendly.
The cons are there are rusty nails in the sidewalk cracks and around the pool. After a holiday weekend there were baggies with pills and empty alcohol containers around the building. Several times people have let themselves into the pool area by

My parents and I went to check out this apartment complex after a long day of apartment hunting. From the minute we walked into the door, we were greeted by Meghan with the most amazing customer service and professionalism! This quality is something the other apartment assistants lacked at the other apartment complexes we had visited earlier in the day. Meghan was so helpful and very informative with the plans and did not hesitate to show us multiple models. At the end of the tour, I was so happy with what I saw that I couldn’t wait to apply!

Lived here for two years and absolutely loved everything about palladium. The staff is exceptional. Friendly, fast, courteous. All maintenance requests are taken care of usually within same day. The area is in a stellar location, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and things to do. Highly recommend.

This place is very efficient on everything from customer service to repairs. I love how everything is set up online, so you don't have to go the leasing office to communicate. They really keep you informed about what's going on in the neighborhood or any upcoming events by frequent emails. If you are looking for convenience and safety this will be the place to live.

I lived here for a year after graduating HPU. Everyone who works here is extremely friendly and helpful. The gym and the pool are solid and clean. The room was clean and when there were any issues with water/AC they were fixed very quickly and without an issue. The area is good for fast food and movies, but not much else. The only reason I left was for more stuff to do in the area, everyone here was always great, I recommend living here

This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in and I have live many place. The facilities are well maintained. The amenities are excellent for the price. There is access to everything you need as far as shopping, groceries, and restaurants. The management is quick to respond to questions or concerns. The community is very safe. I work at a local CPA firm up the street and many have my co-works have lived there in the past and wished they never moved out. I only left because I got married and my wife owns a house. I lived there for 2 years and I don’t see how anyone could rate this place
