I've had incredible success with the Living Lean program! I've already lost 6% of my body fat since starting the program this fall. Sheena and her team of trainers know what they are doing!!! I really like Sheena's approach to getting fit with a variety of exercises, weights and use of an exercise bike and rowing machine. Sheena is very knowledgable, encouraging and supportive during my workouts. With every session, I know that I'll get a great workout in and feel good afterwards. Sheena has a really great attitude and she has been helping me do my best during these very trying times. Feeling like I’m taking control of my health has been a big psychological help during COVID and I could not do it without Sheena and her trainers. I have been working with Sheena one on one (from a safe, masked distance) for about 7 months, all during Covid19. I am a female, early 60’s, overweight and (formerly) outta shape. In that 7 months I have achieved: greater stability, balance, and strength; greatly improved posture; improved muscle tone - especially my arms; all around improved appearance; weight loss & 100% less frumpy !! On my way to a new and improved me. Grateful for Sheena’s customized workouts, tailored to meet both my shortcomings and goals. Sheena is incredible. After one session with her, all of my worries melted away because she is such a boss, I knew that I could completely trust her. After a week, I feel 100% better about myself, stronger, more focused, and more motivated. I no longer worry about my weight because I know sheena is worrying about it for me! I train with Hailey as well, and she is amazing. The workout plan is harder and more effective than anything I’ve done. I’m so grateful to have found her. As a 60-something & overweight woman, in the process of losing weight and gaining strength, I want to highly recommend Sheena as a personal trainer.
Many weeks into the training now, with Sheena’s attention and guidance, I feel much stronger and more coordinated than ever before. I’m seeing visible results in a very short time period. I no longer get winded after climbing multiple flights of stairs. Also my arms are beginning to show more muscle, less fat. Overall, I’m feeling and looking more strong and fit. I am so motivated to keep going with Sheena because the results are coming in!

Four things stand out: (1) Sheena pushes me beyond what I would ever do on my own and keeps track of how and what I'm doing over the months and years, so I make steady progress; (2) she focuses on form and detail of exercises so that I get the most out of it; I could not do that on my own. She is good! (3) She incorporates stretching into the routines, which I find really effective and something I've not have seen done by other trainers. (4) She provides dietary suggestions for getting/remaining lean...I agree eating well is an important part of being "in shape". Overall, I am impressed she found

I have now been with Sheena for 7 months. I have dropped 8% body fat and am in way better cardiovascular shape than I have been in a long time and can now easily enjoy hiking, biking and paddling again. Very happy with my results and I am not done yet. Sheena has also turned me into a morning workout person which I never thought was even possible for me! Highly recommend!

Sheena’s approach to fitness is truly wholistic. In three months I was able achieve my weight loss and body fat percentage goals working with her and her trainers. I'm SO thankful that Sheena recently expanded Living Lean to the convenient Lafayette location, which provided the perfect venue for me to start an exercise routine. I've never been a fit or athletic person, and it's been really rewarding to see myself gaining so much strength and flexibility in a short time.
