I still haven’t got the 100$ holding fee that I put down on a 1bed 1bath & it’s been a month now I don’t think I’ll be applying here again at all don’t recommend this place

Between location to all amenities, stores and hiking trails. This is the place for you. The office staff is out of this world amazing. Always so willing to help you when you call or send an email. Maintenance staff is quick to respond to any needs you may have.

Best complex I have ever lived at in the state of Colorado. Clean grounds, good neighbors, quiet area, maintenance always comes immediately whenever I have an issue. Will probably be renewing lease for another year. Thanks guys !!!!

WOW!!!! The professionalism that I received when I called Green Mountain was AMAZING! I believe his name was Sylvester. He answered all of my questions (I know I had a lot) and did not seem aggravated at all. He sent me over pictures and floorplans and was just great. I will DEFINITELY be leasing from Green Mountain when I am ready to make my move from New York.

Green Mountain Apartments is one of the friendliest, well maintained, supportive complexes, I have ever lived at. The courtyards, pool area, and maintenance I need attending to in my apartment, is always well groomed or promptly serviced by Jason and Carl. Katie is always quick to reply back to my emails, questions, or concerns, as well as be adaptable (especially during troubling times) and of the utmost help, going above and beyond. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here, and have even referred close family and friends, who now live in the accommodations, solidifying a community bond. Five stars

The snow removal process at this property is amazing. The sidewalks are cleared during a snow storm and we have been getting a lot of snow lately. They complete work-orders when I put them in that same day. The maintenance and office staff always say hello to me and surrounding neighbors.
