Woodhill Apartments

My leaking water heater was replaced the next day after I reported it. The maintenance gentlemen work into the evening to get the repair done. Because the old water heater not draining completely, a small trail of rust water was dripped across the carpeting from the leak. The maintenance man, call another gentlemen who promptly came and effectively cleaned the carpeting.
I would have rated it a five but the rusty water from the tank left a trail of rusty water from my 2nd floor front entry all the down my entry stairs as it was carried away. I will ask to get that cleaned.

They are very unprofessional can't rely on maintenance work getting done well that's apartment that had plenty of problems can any of them get done at 5 months they also evicted me a 24 hours because I wasn't willing to pay rent due to the

Jordin always has an attitude and is never there, these apartments are such a joke.

Thanks for the QUICK Response, but I was wondering if the maintenance person could put the ends on the shower rod and place it back in place. I tried to, but can't get the ends to go on the rod.

Courtney was amazing and very responsive. Great location. Clean facilities. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Location Location LOCATION LOCATION !!!Woodhill Apartments is in center of Augusta take no more then 10-15 to minutes to get downtown and the Mall is even closer. Courtney has been amazing since the 1st day I moved in until the last day of turning in my key(6/12/19. Moving can be very stressful and she made it as easy as Sunday morning!!!!

Best place I've ever had the opportunity to call home. Courtney is amazing!!!! Best landlord ever if there was a trophy for that it would definitely go to her, she's extremely understanding and helpful. I truly wish there was more landlords like her. Keep up the awesome work!!

Woodhill is an amazing community located in the heart of Augusta and is 5-10 minutes from everything the city has to offer. The two young ladies in the office are incredible and quick to respond to any need or request. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable and dedicated to keeping the place looking nice and running smoothly. If you're looking for a beautiful place with great neighbors to call home Woodhill is a hidden gem.

I absolutely enjoy this property the pond is beautiful and a park for the kids and I hear a dog park soon to come, by far a great friendly place and highly recommended!

Very nice and inviting. We loved the pool in the summer. Staff is A+. I highly recommend.
