Wish i can give negative 1000 stars. This place is disgusting, do not move here, currently dating a woman who just moved here and in 2 months i have been responsible for setting multiple mouse traps for her and i have caught and killed 7 mice...Yes SEVEN!!! This place is not up to code as it is beyond infested. These are not living conditions for anyone. Can't eat in peace cause mice just keep coming no matter how many are killed and the complex has done absolutely nothing to combat the mice or compensate. Management has done absolutely nothing. Feel sorry for those who have toddlers that are crawling

Tianna Martinez has excellent customer service sense, it is a pleasure dealing with her. Having lived here for so long, I can comfortably say she is one of the very few nice staff at enclave. I've had a horrible experience since I moved into the Enclave. The leasing office lacks communication and is unorganized. My apartment was infested with roaches since day one. I called for an exterminator 4 times and the roaches are still present. The fire alarms are constantly going off and the elevators never work. I live on the 19th floor, it's horrible trying to carry groceries up 19 flights of stairs. Furthermore the washer and dryers never work. Overall my experience here has been unpleasant, counting down the days until I can move out.

Tianna in the management office is absolutely amazing. She is so friendly and is always willing to help. It’s nice to know that you have someone in the management office that is always willing to help. Only reason I put 3 stars is because there is so many roaches and we have tried putting in a work order twice and no one ever comes. For the amount of money we are paying we shouldn’t have this issue.

They were patient, polite , accommodating and displayed a huge cornucopia of passion in helping me through out the process. They were warm and pleasant.
