TrailPoint at the Woodlands is very quiet, safe, and in a great location. The front office is very friendly as well as the residents and the maintenance men are very fast at fixing anything although I’ve never ran into any serious problems. This community is also very much animal friendly.

I’m considering moving . I’m visiting and looking around of course !
The apartments seem well kept and tranquil. The people who live here that I questioned, have only positive things to say. If I decide to move to Texas, I’m definitely living here!

I just want to say I’m in town to help my disabled sister !who lives in the trail point and I’m by far impressed about how fast they responded to my sister maintenance issue and by far grateful because if I was not here I can only imagine ! So grateful for how fast they sent someone out and they were so helpful and nice . It’s clean and quiet complex highly recommended.

Sharla is the best!! Super helpful and jumps on any issue right away to fix it.

We have been here 5 months due to a job transfer. We are completely satisfied with all the help and warm welcome from everyone from the office to maintenance .Any issues we have had have been taken care of in a timely manner.

We stayed in this apartment for two years. This is a great choice as one of the affordable options in the core of the Woodlands. We had great experience with staff and the management. Only complain. Although we cleaned everywhere we could think of, we still didn’t get a full refund of our deposit without explanation. I would still recommend everyone to choose this place.

Sharla always goes above and beyond. I am so grateful to have had a sweet and caring soul help me during my stay here at TrailPoint. She’s the best!!

I just moved in and all though there were a little bit of set backs, so far this truly feels like home. Any issue that I have had was taken care of quickly. Sharla in the office is AMAZING!! She was so helpful during my application process. So far they get my five stars and I don't review apartment complexes.

I hate trailpoint. You know it takes me a lot to say I hate something but this complex is something else. When I moved in here I was told my base rent. I was okay with that. One day I put in 2 months of rent and needed 1 of those months back because there website is slow and I accidentally put in two payments. They told me I had to “dispute it with my bank”. I proceeded to do so, my bank completes the dispute to trailpoint 2 days later on the 16th I don’t see any money in my bank acc and thought well it’s a long process. 4 days later still no money so I call trailpoint and my bank saying
