Our optical shop carries a wide variety of shapes and styles including designer frames as well as frames for the budget minded. Designer sunglasses are also available and any frame can be ordered with tinted lenses. Let our experienced staff help you choose the right frame and the best lenses for your specific needs.

At Fisher-Gentry Eye Care, we accept both vision plans and medical insurance. We also accept payment from flexible spending accounts (FSA) health savings accounts (HSA), Care Credit, cash, checks and most major credit cards. Vision plans typically cover routine eye exams and provide a specified dollar amount or discount toward the purchase of eyeglasses and/or contact lenses.

Dr. Gentry and the entire staff here is amazing. Brought my 3 year old in for an exam - they were patient, caring, and thorough. They knew how to keep my kiddo at ease for her first "big girl" eye check, the first person we saw was Tamika who was excellent with my daughter - she kept her excitement up about getting her eyes checked. Dr. Gentry followed up with the same enthusiasm and helped get my kiddo pumped up to wear glasses. My 3 year old was already excited about going, and she wasn't let down!

The doctors are very nice, but the receptionists don’t know what they are doing. My son has worn glasses since he was 2 and now 14. He has a very very strong prescription. We decided to change to this place during Covid because it’s local. It took them 4 attempts to get my sons glasses correct. Then at my appointment the receptionist were not knowledgeable of insurance and it took 3 extra phone calls. Lots of confusion on payment. So we decided to give it one more try bc my son wanted to try contacts. Doctors were helpful with type of contacts because of his prescription. The receptionist gave

My daughter liked the doctor but the receptionist left something to be desired. They gave her a generic receipt, no itemization. She was told they didn't have the dailies in her prescription and they would order them to sample. They gave her weekly ones which she can't wear. She finally called back after a month and was told they were never ordered. They said they could have them expressed and she told them that she would take her business elsewhere. She called back to ask for her prescription and they told her that they ordered them anyway. This was after being told that she didn't want to deal
