Dwell Luxury Apartments is a great place to live. Very spacious living environment. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the amenities such as indoor trash shoots, pool, personal parking garage and gym are some of the things that drawn my attention to choose my next home.
Not to mention my leasing lady Michelle Chavez who helped and guided me through this tough process of relocating needs to be honored for a outstanding job!!

I have lived at Dwell for about 14 Months now; therefore, I can say that I have experienced everything a Dwell Resident can experience. First and foremost, I have lived in a few apartment complexes in Florida over the past few years, and BY FAR, I can say that my experience at Dwell has been AMAZING! Nikki and her entire team (both leasing and maintenance) have treated me so well during my stay at Dwell. Nikki and Valerie made my initial move-in process, quick, easy and truly exceeded my expectations. They made SURE that I was happy to call Dwell my home and 14 months later, that has not changed

Wanted to stop by and applaud leasing agent Valerie . I toured this complex on December 5 and submitted an application that evening because: (I had toured multiple luxury properties since October 31. Dwell was the only place I applied to)
1. Valerie made me feel at home with the guided tour and her embrace and personality is very warm / inviting.
2. I saw residents that LOOKED like me which is very important in these trying times, let alone trying to move into luxury housing. There’s no prejudice here.
3. Valerie’s pleasant interaction with every resident we came across was like family.

I just moved into a unit in the new building and I have to say this complex is outstanding! Very updated and modern. Nice new light fixtures, and amazing granite counter tops. I absolutely love the huge kitchen island, something not offered by many other apartments that fit my criteria. A super spacious unit just the perfect size for my living situation. I absolutely love living at Dwell and I’m sad that I have to move. I have an apartment in the newer building and it is absolutely beautiful. The only problem I have is the fact that the walls are super thin and I could hear everyone coming in and out of the building. But other than that, it’s a nice place to live. Darnell in the leasing office is exceptionally nice! Carlos, the maintenance guy is very helpful and quick to solve any issues I may have in my apartment. The apartments are beautiful but overpriced. We hear all of the noise from nearby neighbors... they used to have perks such as free breakfast the first week of the month which have now been removed. Good luck trying to get a package from the office 👏🏻
Needless to say the place has gone down the drain, have been here almost two years. The first year was great and after that it went to hell.
Needless to say, we will not be renewing!!!

I lived at Dwell for 5 months, on a short term work contract from last winter to last summer. It was, and still is, the best rental place I have lived. Aside from the fact that it is absolutely gorgeous, it was quiet (aside from expected annoying upstairs neighbor noise) always clean, maintenance was very responsive, and management was fantastic. They answered my repetitive questions (I have been screwed in the past with short term leases - especially in Florida) patiently, over and over, and were very transparent with charges for extending and prorating my lease.

I've lived here - still do - for a little over a year and a half. And a majority of the way I feel about this place is very good. When I was originally searching for an apartment - I read about terrible management and maintenance - horror stories about them not assisting when it is truly important or them overcharging for things they shouldn't. But the group here is incredibly polite, always happy to see me. The maintenance team is great - they are incredibly accommodating and respond to requests very quickly. To say I'm disappointed in this apartment complex is an extreme understatement. My husband and I were essentially forced to break our lease due to loud upstairs neighbors. We complained to the property manager for around a month about our upstairs neighbors slamming cabinets and drawers excessively, stomping, just being 100% inconsiderate of us. It sounded like they were moving furniture daily, and they never sat down. Not to mention they were waking me up at 6am Monday-Friday. Which is against the quiet hours ordinance for Maitland. Overall, Dwell is a great place to live. For a mid rise building, it's one of the quietest buildings I've lived in, especially for its size. It's like living at a hotel with more accommodations. I basically have no stress living here at all. That in and of itself makes it worth the rent. The grounds are beautiful and both buildings are very well maintained. The building has more controlled access than other communities. The staff is very accommodating and hardworking, though a few of them take the joking around a little too far. I lived here for two years and absolutely loved it!! I only left because we moved cities. The building is very well maintained and pretty quiet. Lots of families and professionals. The first week of every month they have free breakfast and they offer gym classes throughout the week. The location is great as it's not too far from downtown Orlando and Altamonte Springs is only an exit up. Lots of amenities and eateries in the area. The maintenance staff is AMAZING! Any time I had an issue it was done in less than 24 hours, and they have emergency maintenance should you need it. They also host socials

The management is fantastic! I would recommend this place to anyone in a heart beat. I lived here for a little less than a year while I was completing an internship in Orlando and I was so sad to leave. The building is great, never had any issues with noise or anything! I felt safe all the time. The office staff was always friendly and personable. You won't regret it!

Dwell is a nice place to live, but you will 100% hear your neighbors daily. The apartments are nicely upgraded and very close to my work. But the fact that you can hear everything from the sides, above and below you is a problem. I feel like I have walk on eggshells trying not to disturb my neighbors below. Also, there is no "curtesy officer" to call if someone is being loud late at night. You have to hope they quiet down soon, go knock on their door, or get some earplugs. For almost $1,600/month, soundproofing should be much better. They are building new apartments, so maybe those will be better

I lived here for 3 years and really enjoyed it. The apartments are very nice, maintenance always responded quickly (though there weren't that many incidents) and the amenities were great (fitness room, pool, trash chute, recycling, coffee in the club room). I switched from one apartment to the other, and then moved out a year later. Both times I was never charged for any extra "cleaning" fees that a lot of apartments try to do. The thing that I will miss the most though, is how friendly and helpful the manager and her staff were. I have never had such an accommodating landlord before

I've been at Dwell for 18 months, and it has been a terrific place to live. The staff here are friendly and responsive, especially the maintenance team. The common areas are super clean and the grounds are well manicured. There's a huge open field right on the property, a clean pool and clubhouse, and a wonderful courtyard with grills and bar tables. The apartments are not accessible from outside; it has interior hallways with nice artwork on all 4 floors.

Great place to live. Management team is outstanding, and quick to address and resolve any issues if they are to arise. I only had a couple maintenance requests that I submitted in the year I lived here, and the maintenance team was extremely quick and courteous to fix the issues.
Truly the only complaint I have is my neighbor who likes to play loud music and blast his speaker all hours of the day. In all fairness to management. I never complained to them regarding my loud neighbor. The rest of my neighbors were friendly.
Just watch out for the speeders who will hit you with their vehicle that

At first this place seemed awesome, but then you realize how these people nickel and dime you for EVERY little thing. Want a view of the pool, extra $70 bucks, want to park in the VERY empty multiple space garage, $70 bucks, have an extra pet, pay an additional $200 to the already $400 pet fee. Since when does my pet need a job to help pay rent basically?? And they only allow one parking spot per household until you pay them more. Now I would understand this if there was limited parking...but there is nothing but an abundance of parking spots in the garage. And they if you don't want to pay

Seems like there is always an inspection, fire alarms, pool cleaning, yard work, etc...going on at the Dwell. There isn't much peace and quite during the day. If you take a day off, you probably won't enjoy staying at your place.
