Lived here about 6 months and it's wonderful.
Sara keeps the building nice and clean and Anna at the front desk is always so friendly and helpful.

Sweet place. Visited family there. So many accomodations for dogs! Building, grounds and parking lot are super well cared for... Clean, high ceilings, amazing common areas, a pool, free Caribou coffee. Everyone was super friendly -I loved staying there! Really great place.

The staff is so helpful and Sara and Efrain keep the facility spotless. And they are so friendly and nice! Glad to call Loden SV home! Anna has been a great addition allowing Lorna to head up Guest Services at Emrick. Like Lorna, she is warm, friendly, and very helpful. Such a great team here!

Sara has been amazing since I have moved in. She does a detailed job with cleaning and she tries to help whenever she sees someone in need!

Great place to be! This is a transition place for me and I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone has been. From Brooke in leasing who was very helpful; Lorna who is the kindest, most warm and welcoming person who sits at the reception desk; and Sara who keeps everything spotless and always has a welcoming smile on her face and kind words to say. Highly recommend LSV.

I am a resident at the Loden and Sara is the best there is with cleaning the property and rooms. She always keeps the work space clean and also is very considerate while I’m working. Thank you for being so great at what you do Sara!

I've been a resident at Loden for over a year now and have really enjoyed my experience! Sara and her team keep the common areas clean and spotless, with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend living here!

We are at the tail end of a long lease at Loden SV and I want to give the team kudos for doing their best to keep people engaged and happy during a very challenging year. Every chance they had they’d throw together an event or small get-together to allow people to (safely) socialize, which people really enjoyed. Special shout outs to Sara and Tom for always keeping the building in tip top shape, and to Lorna for always being a friendly face, there to help out with anything.

Loden SV is a luxury apartment complex situated in Shoreview, close to businesses, and stores.
My experience at Loden SV was pleasant but nothing exceptional. The things I liked were the facilities, nice gym, outdoor pool, dog wash area, and an elegant common room area.
The things that I did not like about the building was that the staff seemed to only care about themselves and not really the residents. I had a few issues which I felt like when I would go to the staff about the answers were rude and not reassuring. I had issues of my packages being torn open, taped back together, and missing

Amazing place..We recently moved here. John and Alise simply great and helped us all way as we were moving from different state. On special note, If you are new to the winter and Minnesota then, I would say just go for it!

Just cant wait to move into Loden SV.....only 2 months to go....such a cool designed place, fully loaded in a magnificent resort style setting. Cool walking and biking trails with parks and lakes surrounding it.
Luxury apartment building itself is like a resort.
Moved out of San Diego, California especially to live here.
