I worked with Kristen S. and I cannot put into words just how helpful she was. I was beyond anxious about finding the perfect spot & ASAP, but despite my difficult requirements Kristen was able to find exactly the apartment I needed. This past weekend I worked with Alexa, who recommended to me by a friend. She is absolutely phenomenal. I am from out of town and had only visited Chicago once or twice a few years ago. Alexa was very prompt to respond to my email and we were able to set up a phone conversation within a few hours. Asiye was INCREDIBLE! I called her and in less than 24 hours she had 6 tours ready to go and both my boyfriend and I found our DREAM apartments and submitted applications that same day!! We found out last week that we were moving across the country from OR to Chicago. I've never been to IL (and we only had 2 weeks to move) so we were in need of some serious help. Fortunately for us, we worked with Riley Callahan and she was AMAZING. We were in town for 3 short days & needed to sign a lease during that time. Isabella Pascente is one of the best professionals I have ever worked with - truly outstanding at her job. My wife and I relocated due to work from suburban CT to downtown Chicago during the pandemic. Isabella responds to emails and texts quickly (I don't think she sleeps), has fantastic insight into the city and its neighborhoods and located the perfect apartment for us.

We found out about 4 weeks ago that we had about 6 weeks to move to Chicago and panic set in. We have to sell our house! We have to find a new apartment! My husband had literally NEVER even been to the city! What to do?!!
