The complex is terrible. There’s broken glass and trash all around outside, and inside, the units are falling apart. My dog was injured in their dog run area, due to them not maintaining the area. I had to take my dog to the vet for treatment and got no help from the complex. If I would have just avoided the property, my dog wouldn’t have gotten hurt that day. Avoid this place, there are way better places to live.

I came from a complex that didn't have Central ac. Didn't have enough parking for the tenants let alone guests. Didn't have any storage. Had bully, violent neighbors. Had a leasing office unwilling or powerless to evict those that flagrantly violated the lease, shot up the parking lot, tried to kick down neighbors doors etc. No amenities. And to find this gem in the middle of two crappy, drug infested and crime ridden complexes was surprising. For just a little over what I was paying for nothing in return, I gained a community with:

I have had a little trouble with the earlier management company who managed the complex. However, Kammie,Tim,Sean all have been extremely helpful and kind since G/B took over the complex. I am very satisfied with Kammie and Sean, they are accessible and helpful as well as understanding of the needs of the tenets. I wasn't going to sign another lease but decided to do so for many reasons. Kammie and Sean are two of those reasons. I have been here 6yrs and have had some trouble, but G/B employees are always willing to go the extra bit to help us solve the little problems that do come up...finally

Cami Walder is by far the best manager this property has had since I have been here, I have been here through three managers and Cami has turned this property into a thriving community. Sean Hubbard who is the maintenance manager does an excellent job, he is very professional and carries out his work orders in a timely manner. I definitely recommend making One 75 North your new home !
