The apartment used to be very nice but as a previous reviewer mentioned, it is $125 for parking and the garage isn’t secured half the time and they let the VCU kids take over the building without holding them accountable for the noise, smells, or safety precautions put into place. If you’re a professional of any kind, I would not recommend this building, especially if you have to work from home. Lately many things have been breaking like water and electricity, which ended up being off for most of the day. Old property manager Shauna left as well and seems concerns fall on deaf ears now. Will

We have thoroughly enjoyed living at Circ apartments! Our apartment is beautiful and well laid out, the amenities are wonderful, the location is super central and walking distance to so many places, the management is friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable, and the overall vibe is just really nice! We really do love it here :-)

Strongly advise against Circ unfortunately. We were one of the first tenants in the building and it started off great, a tad pricy but the balcony/view made it worth it. Things started to go downhill as VCU students started moving in - making it very apparent how thin the walls are (hearing conversations one apartment over, let alone music). Also $125/month for parking and it was not even secured until 9 months into our lease (with car break-ins reported). Multiple issues with the electricity breaker for 50% of the building, leaving us without power for 3 days, and multiple other times prior to

I love living here! The apartment is really nice, with new appliances and a beautiful, neutral color scheme. The staff are incredibly responsive and kind, and work to keep the building clean, updated, and stylish. I love that the building is secure and there is plenty of parking. I'd definitely recommend living here!

Circ Apartments is a fabulous new apartment complex with very responsive management and maintenance. I have been living here since May and have no complaints! Management even gave the residents a luxury coffee machine in the lobby area, which has been great when I have forgotten to make coffee before heading to work! Aside from that, Shauna and the rest of the management team have been so helpful and have gone above and beyond any time I've had a question or even the slightest inconvenience. Absolutely an amazing place to live, always clean, maintenance is awesome and gets things done with extreme efficiency, and the property manager is extremely kind and great to work with.
Apartments are spacious and everything is brand new and you can’t hear your neighbors at all. The balconies are absolutely gorgeous.
Great place to live, and very pet friendly if you have dogs. Shauna, the property manager, even watched my dog for me one day while I was at work because he was very anxious that day.

I have been living here since mid-July and the place is amazing. It is insanely secure, clean, the staff is friendly, and they truly care about safety protocol (which is important to me with COVID-19). Shauna is a wonderful person, very easy to reach and extremely friendly. She is understanding and always answers my questions promptly. I greatly enjoy living here, also the maintenance is prompt I always have issues fixed within the hour.
