I will preface this review by saying that the office staff is great, friendly, and responsive as well as the maintenance team here. I love the actual apartment itself as well. The reason why I'm giving a 1 star review is because since moving into this apartment a month ago, I was told that there was a security team patrolling the area and I have yet to see them since I've moved in. I had my car stolen from the parking lot at the apartment around a week ago now (has not been recovered) naively thinking that this area was very safe. There are hardly any security features anywhere in this community

Emily Brauner is one of the best Leasing Specialist we have here. She will help you with all your needs here while you stay here. Ernesto and Cory are top notch maintenance workers. They work so hard to keep us up and running all throughout the year!

I have been a long time resident at this complex. Recently at the end of the work day I reported a failure with my A/C unit. As late as it was when I called I really didn't expect a resolution that evening, as I had already checked the simple things like breakers. The Leasing agent Bailey got maintenance right over and they fixed the problem with a positive attitude. I was impressed and happy! Thank you!

On the stuff that counts, this place is pretty great-I'm giving five stars because the things that go wrong feel fairly nit-picky (a/c failed twice but was fixed fairly quickly; I am unable to discern a predictive relationship between the position of the shower handle and the temperature of the water that comes out of the nozzle, but it's usually in a comfortable range). The office staff have been professional and responsive anytime I've communicated with them, and maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely manner. The online rent pay portal that lets you also manage paperwork is pretty use

To first start off, very good location. Less than 2 miles from I-25, 5 minutes to grocery store, gas stations at every corner from what it feels like which is great. Next to the community is a park on one side and a community lake on the opposite. Beautiful spot for when snow is upon us. The maintenance team is awesome and take care of the property very well.

If NO STARS was possible that is what I'd give Canyon Chase Apts. Their young untrained staff are merely office workers. They don't seem to know or understand the rules that they make people looking for an apartment follow. They will tell you " Oh, sure... we can work with you on that" but OH NO they won't ... when a decision comes back from the guy behind the desk they will tell you the computer is the reason... it has built in programming that makes the decisions. Don't fall for their accommodation lies... in the end all you'll do is give them your credit

Well ... after more than 2 years I finally broke free from this place. Not only was I ripped off 4 times (once my truck was almost stolen and $2000.00 in damage was done to it) but the front room and bedroom never had any lighting. I had to buy two plug-in lamps for each space. The AC never got above warmish-cool so I spent the summers sweating my butt off even when the AC was on full blast. To add insult to injury, the management found every reason to keep my refund when I left even though I spent hours cleaning every nook and cranny of the place. In my final month (August 2018) they charged

First, what I love: my vaulted ceilings make it feel more like a house and less like the horrible rental it is. The creek and greenery and proximity to a large park and open space are nice and the location is very convenient. It's usually pretty quiet except for one extremely yappy dog and sometimes when middle schoolers walk by after class.
When I toured my apartment, I was initially very impressed. However, there is a lot that you won't notice right away that you'll hate.

We have lived here for 2 years and have loved it completely! The maintenance staff if very thorough and prompt with service calls. The office staff has been amazing since day one! They are always so polite and helpful :)
The area is quiet and safe. The apartments are very nice and priced very well :)
I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live! :)

They charge you for paying your bill. They charge you for water. They charge you for trash. They charge you extra for EVERYTHING. Why don't they tell you up front, before you sign the lease that there are another $125 in monthly fees. The units are not nice. The carpet is gross, no padding and falls apart when you vacuum. Spiders live in the walls. It is noisy. It feels like a CHEAP hotel. Its a good thing we are on a short term lease.

I have lived at Canyon Chase going on 5 years. I did not intend to stay this long but the rent situation in Colorado got crazy in the last few years. It is apartment living after all so set the expectation. Maintenance is very responsive and helpful. The office staff are friendly and as helpful as they can be. I am sure they deal with a ton of complaining people every day and have to be selective with what they can assist with. The quiet hours are something they have always supported me on. I am so happy they started to enforce the pool rules with a security guard as I live right next to the

I just moved in and so far it's been a GREAT experience. The office people were so helpful and friendly as I was making the decision and understanding all the processes to get moved it. When they see me, they call me by name and I've only been here one month. The maintenance people are WONDERFUL. I've just had a couple minor things I needed assistance with or questions about and they responded immediately. I'm amazed at how quiet it is even as a community with lots of people in close proximity.

I just signed my lease today and I am excited about moving in! My fiance and I went through jessica and she was super patient with me and put up with me changing my mind and asking stupid questions. Lol. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they wouldn't allow us to see the unit before we moved in which I think is kinda stupid, but hey I guess to each their own!

Do not move to this apartment complex. I rented an apartment from them for two years and they charged me $250 for carpet cleaning, $50 for a chip on countertop, $50 for touchup paint, and $45 for broken blind. when I moved out. The apartment complex is dated, gym is nasty with old equipment, and they keep raising rent by $300 each year.
