My journey toward becoming a personal trainer began many years ago, watching my dad stay healthy and fit during his years in the military. FrankliFit personal training is fitness your way! You work out in the comfort of your own home, with very little equipment needed. We satisfy your personal training sessions either one on one with the trainer in your home or Virtual sessions.

Many of my clients get the best success by doing a combination of in-home and virtual training session packages.
Services
For motivation and support we use a tool to customize and track your program based on your goals, which we review during each workout session. We primarily use dumbbells to increase strength and muscle, improve bone density, endurance, and to burn off weight and body fat--or for some, to put weight on.
