My move-in process was horrible and foreshadowing for my move out which was even worse. Good luck to any brave souls who move here and choose to deal with the incompetent and unresponsive staff. Don't expect to get your security deposit back. They'll send you some bogus move out breakdown claiming you owe for utilities (dont even get me started on conartist fka Conservice) for months you've already paid for. I recently toured this apartment. The tour was very easy to scheduled and they were very responsive and quick: we toured with Brandon and he was wonderful. Brandon was able to answer all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. I definitely recommend checking this place out! Especially if you can score a tour with Brandon!!

This will be our 3rd year living @ link apartments, it's affordable, luxurious, gym and nice roof top and a nice lounge. The staff are friendly and the technicians specially "Purcell" was been on point with awesome customer service. I have place a couple of work orders recently and "Purcell" has taken care of them in a flash. He's very efficient, hard worker and always with a smile on. Please keep him abs give him a raise. Purcell is the man! Any maintenance request from our community, he's able to figure it out and get things back to new. He always has a smile on his face and weather he is coming into your unit to repair something, if you see him in the mail room, or in the lobby, Purcell is always a pleasure to be around. I have lived in apartments in many states, cities and other Countries. And I find the staff from the management to the Maintance to be top notch. They are extremely caring about any issues that may arise. And the square footage of the apartments are incredible and affordable. The whole team . Especially the maintenance I have dealt 99 percent of the time with maintenance man names Persher.He is top flight And he has fixed everything right away.and he’s very nice and professional. I feel very comfortable living here. There are nice shopping areas and night spots to chill at in the area.

Three months down. Still no refund. I have called a lot and they claim that they will get right to it and find out what's going on but I never receive anything. The latest phone call they promised to call me back and at least update me. Guess who hasn't received a phone call? I'm going to report this to the BBB because I have been scammed out of my money in the middle of a pandemic.

I lived here from 02/19 - 03/2020, on the 4th floor in a west facing apartment. There are definite pros and cons of this apartment complex, and I'll break everything down into a few different categories.
The Office staff/Leasing agents and maintenance: The staff at this community was by far my favorite thing about this apartment complex. All the office staff and maintenance people were always helpful. I've had a few minor issues during my year there: a light bulb out, water leaking from the apartment above, broken thermostat; all fixed quickly. A simple phone call and a quick response

I've lived at Link for nearly 5 years. When I moved in, this place was great. The amenities were nice and the people were pretty low key and the maintenance staff was relatively responsive. The rooftop was great, supplied with grills for sunny days and a gas fire pit for cool evenings. There is also an entertaining space that was perfect for hosting events and had a HUGE TV. Since then, the fire pit has been removed, the TV was replaced with a much smaller one and the grills are really starting to show their wear and I doubt any of this will change anytime soon.

Iam not happy with overall maintenance situation at LINK apartments.
1. Waste smell all around the underground parking, very nasty smell. Plus, constantly smth leaking in a garage.
2. Trash chute is every 2-3 days stacked so if you walked with the garbage bags you can't throw them. It happens every 2-3 days during the week. Why the maintenance can't they fix that?? I live for a few months and this has been started since day one! Its really annoying. what the maintenance are doing there??
3. Every night the waterfall from the roof. Whats up with that??? creates extra noise at night

GREAT location in West Seattle. Loved living there next to LA Fitness, Talarico's, and the Sounders bar.
If you are a light sleeper, I would suggest making sure you don't live on the fire department side of the building like mine was, but for me personally, I didn't mind since I'm a deeper sleeper. Just be aware of that is all. I never had an issue with moving in or out, and I never needed any maintenance repairs or anything so I can't speak to that. Just a great experience for me overall.
Also, I wasn't planning on continuing my lease because I was laid off. Though

My partner and I lived here for 3 years and it SUCKS! I am thrilled to be done with this place. It used to be ok, but the last year they've really let this place slip. It looks pretty, but once you move in you realize you've made a mistake. Maintenance is TERRIBLE! We didn't have water in our kitchen for over a week at one point. Our oven was broken for over 3 weeks. Our toilet leaked for a month. They took an obscene amount of time fixing these things (all of which are necessities to have!!) The walls are very very thin, so be prepared for noise.

My husband and I lived at Link Apartments for over two years and only moved out when we bought a condo. The location is great, the building is well kept up, and the staff is always prompt and friendly! We really liked that the walls were thick because our dog can get a little barky sometimes.
The balcony is a real treat during 4th of July and New Years celebrations! You can see fireworks in Downtown Seattle and all the way to Bellevue.

Mike, Lindsey and the entire crew at Link are top notch! My girlfriend and I enjoyed a 13 month lease at a very reasonable rate for the location. The amenities and location alone make this place a win but any hiccups that had to do with maintenance, mail, etc, were taken care in a timely, professional manner. I highly recommend Link to anyone looking for a great West Seattle living experience.

I love living here. I'm not sure why others say it's loud all day. I can't hear any of my neighbors. It doesn't smell like dog either, but is very dog friendly! They keep the halls and amenity areas insanely clean. I love the 24hr gym. The rooftop is SO great. You can see the whole city from up there, use the grills to show off your chef skills, reserve the lounge to have guests over :) Management is amazing. Mike, Lindsey, Jose... the whole staff is so friendly and welcoming!
