I came in looking for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. I gave more detailed info on what I was looking for and the leasing consultant was able to tell me the spaces they had available, which was nice, but they weren't on the floor I preferred. I said "do you have anything on the first floor" and they did but without asking if I was interested said "we do, but its ADA accessible, so I can take your information and let you know if anything else comes available" so I had to let him know I wanted to take a look at that 1st floor home.

My husband and I were initially so excited to be moving into this community. But we are so glad we didn't!!!! About 20 days before our move in date, we were notified that due to an internal issue with an employee the lease that we signed was no longer valid. We had signed this lease 2 months prior and were shocked to get this information days before we were set to move. We had already given notice to our current complex and not to mention I was 6 months pregnant. We were not happy about this at all, and decided to move to another community due to the disorganization of their leasing office

These are such beautiful apartments and I really recommend staying here. The apartment manager Alisha really helped me find the apartment me and my roommate were looking for . She was thorough with her job and just all around very caring. These are also very affordable and up to date for anyone that cares about those things!! 😃

Beautiful and spacious apartments with double crowned molded and vaulted ceilings for a great price!! I actually signed my lease without ever stepping foot on ground because I relocated from out of state and the application process all the way to moving in was buttery smooth. No problems, apartment area stays clean. Minimal to no noise. Any time maintenance is put in they take care of it right away. Everything works well and they even ask for feedback which they implement! The only complaint I had was the club house gym and the whole club house just got completely renovated. Loved it so much I

I am totally enjoying my home here. Between the Zin Garden, dog park and relaxing pool it's like I'm taking a mini vacation. The staff are very nice and professional and helped me get everything lined out for my move-in. I love the fact that this is close to everything I need in my busy day. I am truly glad I picked this place for my new home.

My mom has a very busy schedule so it was extremely helpful that Mike was able to give me all of the options and answers to all of my questions so I could relay them to her! She was moving in a very short time period therefore there was a lot to get done in that period but everything from the first viewing to getting her keys to the apartment was smooth and professional.
The apartment was clean and ready for her at the time of her move in.

I've lived here now for 5-6 years.... yes the management has changed now 3-4 times... I haven't seen too much change too much conversation to residence or anything different really in 3-5 different companies... I do realize that every 12 months my lease keeps going up... never down... and will get to a point after 5-6 years and keep going up on my lease I'll go find a newer place at same rate or cheeper... don't really know the staff currently bc they don't reach out... don't know any future plans... brand new complex is almost finished across street so maybe competition

I recently lived at Bexley Lake Forest and I just wanted to rave for a second. The new management has really made some great improvements to the complex. If it weren't for us buying a house, we would still be there. I really appreciate all of the flexibility they gave us when our moving date kept changing. The whole staff from maintenance to leasing will be sure to get you taken care of. Thanks for treating us like family! Ohhhhh my goodness!!! I new instantly that I found and awesome place. She offered above and beyond no pressure customer service.
For those properties with bad ratings, you need to met Miranda to see an example of what an awesome leasing consultant looks like.

I have been at this complex for almost 2 1/2 years, three leasing companies with Bexley being the third. Let's just say it hasn't been great! But since Bexley has taken over the maintenance crew is awesome, efficient and quick, and I have never experienced the prompt, courteous and caring treatment from the previous leasing agents that I have received from Miranda, she is a life saver and definitely took care of my needs.
