I've never encountered a business with such stringent and unique hiring practices. It seems Wrightsville Sands requires employees to be not only vapid and benighted, but they also must be callous and without an ounce of care for anyone else. The word self-centered just doesn't quite capture what I'm going for here.
These people don't bat an eye as they lie to you, and their fake smiles are perfectly practiced each morning in order to be the absolute best elusive frauds that they were hired to be. Their mother's must be so proud to be the parent of each and every one of these dream crushing realty

We are a property owners with Wrightsville Sands. The Owners of WS go above and beyond to make sure our house is up and running and in great condition for us and renters. They are very responsive. There is nothing they can’t fix and no furniture too big or heavy they can’t move. You get amazing, personal service with Wrightsville Sands. I highly recommend this property management company for owners and renters.

1. Drains in the bathtub never held water. The bathrooms are so outdated. I read a review from 2018 that someone complained about the same thing. The realty response was that the owners would be updating the bathrooms in the off season. Obviously that never happened .
2. There wasn’t any containers with lids for leftovers.
3. The oven was dirty.
4. The bathroom lights made noise as well as the kitchen lights.
5. One light over the bar was out.
6. The tv quit working on our last night.
7. The dryer was squeaky - could not use it .
8. I spent a lot of money to rent this and do not feel it

Wrightsville Sands is a top vacation rental management company at the beach. They have cared for my home like no other company, always striving, and finding, responsible renters who will take care of the home like their own. They are highly professional and fair in their interactions with owners and renters--something I have experienced and heard from many, who don't bother to leave reviews unfortunately.. They ensure the property is meticulously maintained, spotlessly cleaned, and always ready on time for check in. Shannon and Dave are not a 'vacation rental factory'. They know each of their properties

If I could give zero stars I would.. please understand the way that my boyfriend and I were treated could have been the result of us renting a 1,000 dollar place as opposed to a 2,500 dollar one but I really am just sure they took joy in making it a horrible experience. From the very start they were rude, sarcastic, and unethical about very very real situations. And by real I mean used needles in the closet found after move in, which I could absolutely find the report if you don’t believe me. The place hadn’t been cleaned from the last people who lived there. There was definitely a bug infestation

We have been using them for 9 years to manage our property. They have been great. Always fast to respond, answer questions, found us good tenants, and taken good care of our house. Highly recommend them if you are looking to rent out your house. We sleep easy at night, even stationed overseas, knowing they take such good care of our property.

From a property owner's perspective: Dave and Shannon and the crew at Wrightsville Sands have been managing my rental property for many years now. They do an excellent job of maintaining the cottage, securing quality renters, and making sure that all goes well both on season and off. Their staff is highly professional and truly cares about making sure that every renter's experience is enjoyable...and every owner's experience is a good one. Exceptional service and really nice folks to deal with.

I was a long term renter and everything was fine until I told them I was moving. Suddenly they stopped all communication. Every time I tried to contact them no response. I guess I was no longer a priority since I was leaving and no longer paying. When I first moved in there was a problem with my air conditioner, which they didn't believe and argued with me about fixing it. Finally I got it fixed. When it came time to receive my deposit back they took money out with issues that were recorded on move in sheet. I sent pictures to prove the problems were not my responsibility and surprise no additional
