All the rave reviews are right. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I worked with Adam and I had THE BEST experience. On-time, super professional, helpful & just an all-around amazing person to work with.

I officially moved to the city earlier this year and was overwhelmed by the short deadline I had to find an apartment. I was overwhelmed until I met Louise Torrisi. She was so responsive and understanding of my situation and worked overtime to help get me into my current apartment. She made everything about the process seamless AND made it fun again. Spoke to the real estate agent several times before our tour, including sending him the link for the website in which I found the apartment. Discussed size of apartment and price on the phone. Went to have a tour and was told "oh, I thought you meant a studio, that listing isn't accurate". For the agent to have the listing sent to him, to have explicit discussions on apartment layout and price, and then to tell me when I got there "oops, sorry I thought you were talking about something else" is truly disgraceful. Unprofessional and embarrassing

I don't write many reviews, but I just wanted to say how much my wife and I enjoyed working with Besnik in locking down an amazing 2 year deal on our new apartment. He's an extremely knowledgeable and thorough straight shooter who really made the whole leasing process a pleasure. He happily went to bat for us in getting everything we wanted in our lease, and immediately responded to our every question and request long after the lease was signed. If you're looking for an apartment through Mirador, or at 21 West End, ask for Besnik. I promise he'll take care of you!

We made an appt to see James. This was the second visit. When we arrived he had 3 other appts and one couple trying to see apartments without an appt. each time we have gone there it was super busy. Even though he was slammed he took the time to patiently show us all the apartments we wanted to see including one we already did. He could have rushed us through but made us feel important and valued. I am sure the office gets criticism for waiting for spots and such but after seeing a typical Saturday I sympathize with that craziness and appreciate the patients and professionalism James showed

I had the pleasure of working with Larry King Jr. with my apartment search. He was responsive, informative and always followed up even when he didn't have an update. My whole process took almost 2 weeks from the first time I saw the apartment to finalizing the lease all in the middle of a global pandemic. My wife and I worked with a handful of brokers, but went through an amazing and smooth experience with Besnik H. at Mirador Real Estate. Even with the pandemic restrictions and limitations in seeing apartments, Besnik was flexible enough to show us multiple options and helped us find the best space for us.
He was professional to the "T" and also eased any concerns we had with the building we were moving to.
In addition, Besnik and Stefania B. (Mirador associate) were very quick in responses and helped us negotiate the best price for our apartment.

What ever you do don't even bother viewing this place. My girlfriend and I went to see James S to see a couple of apartments and he was completely rude, unresponsive and down right obnoxious. All of our questions were answered with an "I don't know". God forbid he had to look up from his phone to give us the time of day and pay attention to the people he was SHOWING the units to. The best part of all was even showed us units with ROACHES in them (found them on the 17th floor)! Never in a million years would I wish this place on anybody.

Besnik went above and beyond my expectations while helping me find a new apartment. After he showed me the unit I reached out about, he took me to a few other buildings in the area with similar units without me even having to ask.

I recently worked with Paul Magyar and had an awesome experience! I needed to terminate a lease in Manhattan early and was responsible for finding the new long-term tenant to avoid major fees. I reached out to Paul to help me find a new tenant and he immediately got to work. The listing agent, Ian, was incredibly responsive, accommodating of my schedule, and helped walk me through the process from apartment viewing through move-in. While renting with them is not a problem, getting out of the lease is a nightmare. I cannot get touch with one person(Alexis) that deals that for a week. I tried email, calling to office and even googling her. They're just not responsive once the table is turned.
I wanted to break my lease, but they were totally dead silent to prevent me from that. I don't know what choice I have now. Please WALK AWAY if you ever want to break the lease or do sublease officially.

I will start by saying we did not get the apartment we had hoped for. The waiting was stressful. The agency uses a service called Onsite and Onsite had incorrect information about us. We spent hours on the phone trying to get a report. The staff at Mirador were always polite, but their answer to our concerns was"It's out of our hands". It didn't matter that we had current documentation: Onsite is the boss and in the time it takes to get a report, you can lose an apartment. I wish Mirador would use a more professional service because Onsite does not do them any justice

I notified my leasing office that I would be breaking my lease. I essentially had less than two weeks to find a new tenant or else I would be heavily penalized. I am sad to place this review and will gladly take it down upon the refund of my $500 deposit, which Ian Chesnoff advised he would return. I looked at a place with my agent which I would not qualify on my own. I would, however, qualify with a guarantor. Unfortunately my guarantor ultimately did not agree to assist me. I had gotten in touch with Cheriece and Marilyn to look for an apartment. They were extremely rude and unprofessional.
I had placed a deposit of 1000 dollars and they claim to have confirmed my apartment. However I called Cheriece because I had a small question regarding payment (not regarding the price) and Cheriece got extremely rude and hung up. She then sent me a message a little while later telling me we got "disconnected" and then proceeded to tell me that the apartment I had already placed the deposit for wasn't available anymore and that I should just collect

Seldom do you find a broker who fully understands exactly what you are looking for and can sort out relevant apartments to view without wasting your time. Diane was VERY transparent and tells you how it is; she advises you of trade-offs you can make in order to optimize your search and works very closely with you along the way. She will truthfully advise on options and is always looking out for your best interest. She is also very responsive and will continue to update you (even when you send a million emails and update requests =)

I've searched high & low, 20+ units prior (needless to say, I'm kind of picky) and the first apartment Anastasiia showed me, I was immediately sold and wanted to sign.
But here came the tricky part - I was pressed on time and needed to get the paperwork all squared away before I had to head back to Boston for a prior commitment - something I could not afford to cancel

Get Jeff Hannon to be your broker. He has now helped me find and sign leases on two amazing apartments in Manhattan, and at this point I wouldn't trust anyone else with my housing search. (Although the latest place he got me is such a perfect match that I don't know how soon I'll be looking again -- he might be retired by then!)
