Very nice property. The staff is amazing. They work so well together and are always willing to lend a helping hand. The manager Ashley is so kind and sweet. She is great to work with. I highly recommend this property.

They went out of their way to accommodate our family, their staff and management are great to work with and will help out anyway posible.
One of the best parts they are in one of the best school districts. Location is amazing and everything is very well kept.

Ashley Sardo has gone above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered, and she is the reason i chose to live at Wellesley instead of another place i was considering, she is very professional and friendly.

Upsides: beautiful grounds. Apartment, while worn, is absolutely gorgeous. Location couldn’t be better. Pool is awesome, salt water and well maintained- quietest times are early in the day during the week. Maintenance guys are very friendly and responsive; I feel very safe with them inside my place. Office staff is very friendly. No critters (bugs)! Car wash station is a big plus. Very dog friendly!
Downsides: the gates never work, ever. They are always stuck open. As a single woman, it’s nerve wracking. You have no choice but to pay $25/month for valet trash and it’s often not picked up

Haven’t lived here a month yet but leasing consultant Ashley has been amazing. We moved from out of state and she always responded super fast and was so helpful. Our place is exactly what is see online and more! Great community, amenities, and no complaints.

I love living at Wellsley Park! The "Sterling Service" offered by Megan, Ashley S., Curtis and Eddie is truly exceptional. Each of them have exceeded my expectations. They've treated me so well, truly care, focus on one tenant at a time, and are helpful. Maintenance staff respond very quickly. As a single woman, it's wonderful to feel safe at home - and respected - when Curtis or Eddie come to fix something.
If you're looking for an apt in Knoxville, you want to live at Wellsley Park! You couldn't find a more central location! You can walk to the grocery store (has a Starbucks). Each apt is lovely

Leasing here was a wonderful experience. Our leasing agent, Ashley, was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. On the day of the move-in appointment, I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the apartment complex seems to be. The apartment is very nice, and I appreciate the fact that the complex has a gated entrance. Overall, they definitely deserve 5 stars!

A top-notch apartment community. First class amenities, outstanding staff, and just overall it is a beautiful community. You can tell that the staff take pride in the facilities and offer excellent programs and social activities.

10/10 apartment complex!! I have lived here for a few months now and have loved every second of it!! The office staff is so kind and accommodating as well as the maintenance stuff who is so quick to help with everything! Upscale, pet friendly, and an AMAZING location in West Knoxville! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment in Knoxville!

I'm a painter there, but the lay out and style of those are very homely. They do offer you to have accent walls painted in a variety of colors. And the best part is the location.
