Less than a month after sending out an email reminding tenants to park in their assigned parking space due to maximum occupancy, illegal overnight parking in the emergency lanes, etc., management gives notice that starting February 1, 2022, "all parking spots will be on a first come-first serve basis". Forced to park under the July or August sun because there aren't enough covered parking spaces? Your fault for having to work for a living, I guess.

I've lived at Rancho for many years, and I love it here. The location in Ahwatukee is perfect. It's a quiet neighborhood and a quiet complex. They've upgraded the apartments, and it has big shady trees and lots of green grass. As for neighbor noise, the vast majority of people here are working adults, and it's quiet. If you're unlucky enough to have a noisy neighbor, yes you will hear everything. However Haley and Rosa do everything in their power to resolve that kind of problem. They genuinely want people to be happy to live here, and their professionalism and hard work reflect that.

I just moved out of this property because I bought a home. I'd like to say however, the team in the office is exactly what one hopes for when moving. They allowed for: smooth transition, easy process, helpful in every way and made it feel like home. Not to mention the amazing maintenance men, they helped whenever I needed anything from a lightbulb to a quick repair. Their rapid speed was impeccable and I recommend this property to anyone looking for reasonably priced apartment homes in the Chandler area.

Have only been here a year, but the apartment feels just right. All of the staff are very helpful with any inquiries. They get back on anything reallly quickly.
The complex is close to many amenities: hiking, biking, grocery, restaurants, Tempe...Perfect location!. We love it here and just extended our lease because of it. A++++

I have only lived here for a short time & love it! The office staff were amazingly helpful when I was applying & made my move smooth. I had a minor maintenance request & that was taken care of right away. The grounds are well kept & everyone is friendly. I love it here & would highly recommend living here.

My husband and I moved into Rancho Ladera, at the beginning of the covid shutdown. Rosa made the move in so effortless in such an uncertain time. These are older units, however, the very few issues that we've had, the problem was corrected always within the 48 hours.
Very friendly maintenance guys, and super professional. All of our neighbors that we have met are awesome...A real community feel right here at Rancho Ladera, and Ahwatukee in general. We are new to Ahwatukee also...Love it. So love being across the street from Pima Canyon Trailhead...the trails are amazing for all skill levels

I love Rancho Ladera!
The staff is pleasant for the light hearted folk! Very helpful when getting to know the people who come to fix your home! I put in work orders and they're typically taken care of within 48 hours, which is perfect with my crazy schedule! Spencer and Armando do a hardy mans work day in and day out between work orders, taking care of the property and their renovations on the apartments coming onto the market! Spencer is always so good about communication about why things need to get done in certain ways and is certified in the HVAC industry so it's all the reassurance

I have lived at Rancho Ladera Apartment for 3 years now and I love this place! I recently renewed my lease for another year. The staff that works here is great! When I put in work orders they're usually done the same day. I have nothing but positive reviews for this property and staff. I'm happy to call this place home !

I’ve been here a little over 1 year and just renewed. In myself work for a large apartment management company and I can say they meet all the expectations of good customer service for their tenants! They have been very accommodating with me when I was recently hospitalized it helped me soo much! Not to forget to mention the maintenance team is on point and I have never once had to follow up to have something completed (if something ever needed to get done which hasn’t been often). I am very grateful and look forward to my next year.

Lived at the Rancho Ladera Apts for one year before renting a house. It is a great community- quiet, nice tenants. When I moved in, wonderful Shannon assisted me and was one fantastic manager. Then, unfortunately, Rosa stepped in to the picture. From the moment she started, I don't know one resident who liked her, or the staff.
Her unprofessionalism is deplorable, along with her ability to lie.
For anyone who is living here who has had issues with them, you do know that you can take legal action

Me and my fiancé were really interested in moving into these beautiful apartments. After talking to their leasing agent Hailey we've decided to completely steer away from this place. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional, I can only imagine how much worse it would be if we actually lived here. Although looking at these reviews I should probably thank her for helping us doge a bullet on these apartments.

I have been living at Rancho Ladera Apartments for 5 weeks, and I have been delightfully impressed with my dwelling and their management team. Beginning with the application process, everything was well organized. I applied at their club house’s computer station and they were welcoming and accommodating. Everything was explained fully so one knew what to expect. It is a beautiful clean well-appointed Club house and management office setting. I have a beautiful apartment and as soon as I moved in, there was a sense of urgency to report the condition of the unit and there was a checklist etc. Everything

Is there a way to post a lower than 1 star review? If so that is what I would rate Rancho Ladera. As an apartment overall the complex was fine however during my husband's time there he not only had both his A/C unit out for about a week and also had to vacate due to mold at one point! He never caused a fuss over these and was a perfect resident, always paid on time and was pleasant and understanding. When he left so that we could move into a home together we found someone to take over the lease for the last couple of months. Now that the lease is up they are trying to charge that individual

OMG... This place is Awesome. I've lived her before for 2 1/2 years til March 2019 and moved out for bigger place and back again. The manager Rosa is great. She is friendly, understanding, and hardworking. She goes over and beyond to make sure your satisfied. Rosa is an excellent Manager. The grounds are always nice and the maintenance men are very attentive. The maintenance manager and the staff are also nice and friendly. This property is well kept and management makes sure the job is done. I recommend everyone to stay here. I love it❤

Almost been here for a year with my sister and so far so good! Staff is very friendly and helpful and complex is neighborhood friendly! Only issue was small bugs for a little while in bathroom but they are all gone now and haven't seen one since! Fairly quiet, we live by families with kids so we hear them from time to time but nothing too crazy. Already referred my co worker to live here!

This place was more hassle than it was worth. I had multiple apartment inspections during my short time there, while other apartment complexes in the neighborhood didn't do any of these inspections (I asked residents of other complexes). I was threatened to be evicted just a few days after I came home from the hospital because I had CLOTHES in trash bags in my bedroom (I had just moved in a month and a half before and hadn't finished unpacking.) Do you think unpacking clothes was at the top of my priority list when I could barely even get up in the mornings?! It certainly wasn't in my contract

The unit with the washer and dryer is 100 more per month. There are maybe 3 washers and dryers by the office for those who don't have them in the unit.
