Should be a 0 for losers and liars. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere better to live. We put down a security deposit and first months rent for 161 Peters Drive. The day we went to move in, the place was a mess. Was not cleaned and some one had been sleeping in the place. Carpets were filthy and Steven refused to replace them. Placed smelled like wet dogs. When I called Sandy in office to tell her place was filthy, her reply was she had told guy to clean it and he was close to being fired. Was told by "women" in office that we could get out of our lease and they would give us our money back
