Fun store! Open to everyone, lots of gadgets, plus of course it has all the restaurant stuff you can imagine. Great for getting the pans that aren't typically sold everywhere - larger ones, etc.

The only store I buy kitchen equipment from. The staff knows everything, the prices are fair, and they don't sell junk. Definitely stop by here sometime just to look around. If you don't have a portion server yet, pick one up and use it for chocolate chip cookies.
