I am a previous resident and I definitely had a good experience while I was there, the apartment was just pretty for 4 people small so I moved to Terrace View. However, they have always had great customer service. Even now, my sister accidentally sent a package to my old address, and I worked with Alex who was fabulous about helping me locate it! She was SO helpful and really went out her way to try to locate it for me. I have alway had a good experience with the workers at the front desk so it was so nice to see that they are still helpful to their previous residents!

I was towed from their parking lot without anything posted about needing a guest pass for the weekends now, which was impossible to get if you arrived after 7pm because their office closes. Mind you I was in a labeled guest spot to begin with. When I called they informed me they would speak to a manager about issuing me a refund since the new rule was flawed, but I never got a call back. They have now changed the way you get guest passes because the former way when I was towed was ridiculous, and the new rule is still vague. Extremely unprofessional and around $200 down the drain.

The show room was way nicer than what it actually is. All the appliances are extremely out dated. Major patch work done on all the walls with awful trimming. The ceiling and floors are concerning due to the fact that there are noticeable rippling that make me question that stability. Floors and walls are also very thin. Don’t lease at the village!

You do not get yours moneys worth here, it is over $600 a month without utilities for a room the size of a shoebox, when you can live at Maple Ridge for CHEAPER and it is a TOWN HOME and everyone has their own bathroom. On top of the rent you pay, they tow your guests even if they are parked in a labeled guest spot (which then costs you $200 to get your car back), my shower is NEVER warm and constantly takes an hour to fully drain. My apartment got egged and they did nothing about it (for the 2nd time). One side of the apartment is hot while the other side is freezing constantly. My roommate constantly

My son will be living at the village at Blacksburg for about 6 more weeks and I can't be done with the place soon enough. The rent at first seemed fir but you find out they are bleeding you every way they can. First - you pay for August but only live there for 1 week. 2nd they charge a feed to divide the utilities among the four roommates. Finally - the most disturbing this was they "inspected the room" and levied multiple charges to my account with no explanation. After I pressed them they admitted to charging me for one of the other roommates room damage. Then 3 more charges mysteriously appeared
