More than Core Pilates Studio is a fully equipped studio offering a motivating and inspiring approach to health and fitness. With smaller class size and available private lessons, we are able to provide more personalized attention to meet each individuals needs. Pilates is very valuable for injury recovery, sports performance, good posture and optimal health for every age and fitness level.
I began my journey into the Art of Contrology with one very specific goal, to help others. This journey began in 2007 after facing life threatening challenges that caused my body to deal with daily, chronic pain. Not only did Pilates help me significantly reduce my level of pain, but it also helped strengthen and tone my entire body.
More Than Core Pilates offers our clients a number of different class options. From mat classes, to the fun and unique Barre classes, there is something for everybody to enjoy! This group class incorporates the use of the tower system and Pilates mat work. You will be challenged through stretch, balance and strength of your core utilizing different spring tensions, and various lying and standing positions.
I have been doing pilates with More than Core for 6 years. I LOVE the instructors, atmosphere, the knowledge I have gained, and work out buddies I have met. I'm constantly challenged with each class and come out feeling a little stronger, taller, and more confident. I only wish I could start every day with these guys!

This was my first time trying pilates. Gotta say I am very impressed. Beth was amazing, caring, and patient. I had been doing painting all weekend and woke up very sore and not able to out shoes on very well. Was not sure how I would respond to the session. After I was finished pain in back was gone and able to put on shoes. I was very impressed. Great atmosphere especially for a newbie like me. Words can't express my great experience. :)
