Skye has been a wonderful community to be apart of. The staff has put a tremendous amount of effort into making this place feel like home. Teresa, the property manager, has gone above and beyond to make living here as comfortable and accommodating as possible. On the rare occasion an issue comes up, the staff quickly finds a solution to fix the problem in a professional and courteous manner. There are plenty of amenities for residents to enjoy such as the pool, barbecues, gym and rooftop lounge area. The drive to the beach isn't far and the freeway is conveniently close, making it a quick drive

I visit this property frequently to see a friend who lives here and it is gorgeous. Every time we use her pool or gym I ask myself why have I not moved here myself. Even the staff is friendly. Teresa is always nothing but nice to me and makes sure to say a hello when I'm visiting. She gives great support and information to her tenants and is a breathe of fresh air unlike most property managers.

This property is absolutely stunning. It’s in a perfect location, with the beach 10 minutes away, walking distance to a grocery store, as well as right down the street from shopping centers. The rooftop is stunning, pool and spa are amazing, and the staff is super friendly. The property manager, Teresa, goes above and beyond for all the residents and is extremely consistent with her work. You can tell she puts her heart into her work and she makes it that much more enjoyable of a living experience.

I visited this property multiple times because I have friends who lives here. A side from the fact that the property is stunning, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Teresa is goes above and beyond with all of her tenants and she always has a smile on her face. I’m considering moving here the minute my lease ends because of the amazing service.

I have lived at Skye for almost 2 years and I can't express how much I love to live here. The staff goes beyond and above to keep the property clean, updated, and everything in perfect working order. Teresa, the Property manager, is a god send and is always wiling to help or do whatever she can to make your living experience exceptional. she is so kind and understanding I can't imagine having someone else down there. Thank you to Teresa and the whole maintenance staff for making my living experience the best it could be.
