Cindy is a sensitive, compassionate and fun Pilates teacher. The online classes have carried me through the past two months feeling strong, more centered and connected.I am finding that my core is much stronger. This gentle and supportive learning community is my go to exercise right now and I am grateful for the interactions after class that are tailored to my individual questions.

The owner Cindy is truly amazing, and all of the other instructors I've had (Norm, Sara, Renee) are great! Cindy cares about all of her clients and is knowledgeable about what each individuals needs are. I first came to the studio on a trial basis due to a back injury and Cindy was able to help beyond my expectations! She teaches what is right for your individual body, and I have learned so much about the correct way to exercise. The classes are small, personalized, and fun! I’ve been going to Cindy for 5 years! I started going to help with back pain after I had my first son. She has helped my back tremendously! Even if I hurt my back now, I am so much stronger that I’m usually better within 24hours. I also have chronic joint pain and no matter what issue crops up after a session with Cindy I feel much better. I started going to help manage my pain but now having 2 kids i look forward to going, it’s my happy place. It’s the only time I’m totally focused on me and doing something to help me. My Pilates practice with Cindy is what helps keep me sane. Also,
