The building itself is not kept very well and amenities were almost always closed for “construction”. After living here two years and consistently paying rent on time, we were emailed saying that we missed the deadline to let them know if we were renewing another year or leaving. Every other apartment we’ve lived in has provided a notice allowing us to make that decision. Instead, they emailed us with this “notice” AFTER it was too late to say we were not renewing. This is how they get you. Despite paying rent through the end of our lease terms and moving out a week before our lease ended

The leasing office is only doing their job when you are potential resident. Once you moved in as as resident or moved out for any left over issues, they were just not responding.
Update: after receiving your reply here, I send email again and cc you. Still seems no one is responding.

Active, vibrant community that's near everything (restaurant, shops, I95, train station, downtown, etc.) Maintenance is very friendly & responds quickly.

The good: Nice building, nice staff. Clean, good amenities and great view. The bad: Walls are paper thin, construction did terrible job insulating us from each other and street noise. Tiny closets. The ugly: Hefty rent increases every year, even during pandemic, not cool.

Upscale apartment complex in a desirable location. This property has fantastic amenities, and the apartments are well designed. The staff was also very friendly and upbeat. This complex is definitely worth checking out.

We love living at 111 Harbor Point. We just renewed. The staff is very professional. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently. The atmosphere is very positive and friendly and we love our apartment and the accoutrements ie, beautiful pool and outdoor facilities as well as indoor gym and lounge area for tenants. We have had a very positive experience.

We have been living here since September. We love it so far, the staff is great, building are clean & well maintained. Always some sort of fun activities going on (always Covid friendly) currently sitting at a holiday concert in our lobby! Definitely recommend moving here!

Recently moved out from 111 Harbor Point. Super dog friendly and a staff that loved him too. Grace and Renel are terrific and Kathy has always been helpful.
Maintenance is friendly and responsive.
It’s a shame that Fairway closed.
Moved out to buy a home now that I’m not going to the city anymore.
I recommend it.

I have to agree with all of the recent comments. I moved out in January and I couldn't be happier. The location, maintenance team, and the apartment themselves are great but the fees and the management sucks. Leasing manager looks for increased $ at every opportunity, isn't reasonable in accommodating asks, and there haven't been any improvements at the place even with the increased rent. Parking was switched around multiple times b/c people were in my spot and the office didn't have it straightened out. Don't bother talking to the leasing manager because he is rude, doesn't care about his clients
