I was new to the area a friend told me about the apartments and luckily they had one coming available in the next couple of weeks Kristen I think was her name and Vita were very helpful and patient in making sure I had everything I needed to successfully ne ready for move in date. I have no complaints on this experience and looking for to continue doing business with them.

After a long thread of emails between myself and the property manager to set up and appointment to view an apartment and fill out applications, each of my emails containing my name and the last one my phone number when requested. My roommate called to confirm the appointment and was told and I quote “your roommate only only sent one email and didn’t give a name and phone number, so I wasn’t even planning on showing up to the meeting”. That people is the very definition of poor customer service. I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere.
