The Seasons Of Carmel

My roommate and I have lived in Seasons of Carmel for about two months now and we are so happy! I've worked in the apartment industry before, and everyone we connected with here has been great. The move in process was a breeze, the amenities are wonderful, and Emily in the office is fantastic. Highly reccommend!

Finding an apartment in Indianapolis was way more difficult than we realized (in terms of availability and overall responsiveness of property managers). That was until we found the Seasons of Carmel! We inquired and they got back to us immediately (thank you Emily!) and from that moment on we were blown away by the level of service and amenities. The entire lease/move process was seamless and they treated us like family. Every one we met was so kind and welcoming! Just moved in and all is well. Emily is accommodating and punctual. She made the transition while house shopping into an apartment a breeze. I've had friends that have lived here, and some still do, everyone seems to like it. Will keep you guys updated after I put some time in.

Very spacious apartments with update appliances and looks. Fair price and nice property/location. Poorly constructed. Water would get in from the outside and the base boards would absorb it. Bug problems even though they sprayed twice and once myself. Lots of windows and natural light but very drafty during winter and heat was on constantly to keep up. 2nd to 1st floor noise was pretty bad due to flooring. I could hear every move my upstairs neighbor made. Management was kind of a pain to deal with towards the end of my lease.

I am moving into the Seasons of Carmel soon and my experience with the staff has been amazing. Specially, Emily has been fantastic! She is always so quick to respond to my questions and she has made the move in process clear and easy. I look forward to moving to the Seasons of Carmel and continuing to work with the great staff.

I've been a resident for about 7 months. The staff are completely stellar. Their approach from showing to closing was a treat. Over the last few months given the current state that staff has done a tremendous job in adapting and making the entire property safe for us all. With 5 months left on my lease I can tell you know that I will be renewing!!

I lived here for a year, and the only reason I left is because I left Indiana. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are great. The location is also excellent - it's easy to get to most major roads and there are many retail locations close by in Indy and Carmel. It's also very convenient if you bike or run. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

The staff including maintenance are all top notch. We’ve been here 7 months, and the experience from first day until now has been nothing short of great. We would highly recommend this complex.

I absolutely love living here! I have lived in 2 apartments and both have been great. They are beautiful on the inside, the location is great, but the amenities are definitely what sold me. The leasing/moving in process was so easy and Emily was extremely helpful with any and all questions i had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a luxury apartment :)

I toured a couple months ago at Seasons and loved the apartments and amenities. When I left, I saw something a little concerning. One of their staff members was climbing out of their window to leave the office. I thought that was extremely unprofessional and weird. I told my roommate about the situation and we decided to rent else where. We were unsure what we would be getting ourselves into if we rented their. It was extremely disappointing as we probably would of rented there and the apartments were amazing!!

Great location, awesome amenities, leasing staff personable and friendly, maintenance reliable and efficient. Beautiful, high end appliances and fixtures! Enjoy luxury living at the Seasons!

We’ve been living at the Seasons for a year now and absolutely love it. I’ve personally recommended the Seasons to a few friends looking for a new apartment. Our apartment has the latest updates, new appliances, maintenance is quick to fix anything( seriously like 10 min after you put a request in), and Brenda and the staff are amazing! It’s very… dog friendly and they even have a dog park for our golden retriever. The staff puts on fun events every month and is sure to include everyone’s interests! People and companies like this are the reason nobody trusts anyone anymore.
The apartment itself was ok. The floors and walls are really thin so you can hear EVERYTHING so thats one big minus. Dont expect any peace and quite here. The real rub comes at the management. If i had time I would find a way to prove that their upper management… explicitely instrcuts their employees to try to swindle every penny they can from the residents.

We have lived here for a year now and absolutely love it! The quality of everything inside our unit is very modern and top notch. Everyone is very friendly and I have always felt very safe while walking my dog. The pool is like a resort style and there's corn hole and bocce ball courts. The staff is the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with while living in apartments. I would recommend these apartments to anyone and everyone looking to move in this area.
