If I could give Eduardo 100 stars I would. I have had some issues that needed immediate attention both times Eduardo was in my unit promptly he knew exactly what needed to be done which shows how skilled he is my last place of residence the maintenance guy always had to call someone else to fix issues not Eduardo he does it all and does it with such kindness he is liked by many tenants here.

After living at Waterstone Media Center for 4+ years, I was truly sorry to leave! The only reason our family did not renew the lease, is because we were moving to another state. Our time from 2016 through early 2021 saw management changes, but no matter what the community management was responsive and professional at all times. While the gym facilities may lack quality (a renew of them is coming!), the fantastic layout of the community makes up for it and more. It is very soundproof, we rarely heard our neighbors and most units only have 1 shared wall. While we valued most the great management

If you are looking for a place to live that is quiet, safe, unbelievably well kept, and want to interact with some of the best staff in the business then Waterstone is the place to be. Bianca, manager, is absolutely incredible. Incredibly nice, patient, and genuinely cares about her tenants. She has made my tenancy here absolutely incredible. I have lived here for almost 2 years and haven't had a single call, text, or email gone unanswered. Eduardo, maintenance tech, is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and has always taken care of anything I needed almost immediately. I waited a while

This year I have lived in this complex for 13 years. Right now, we have a very special team of Bianca and Eduardo who are the manager and maintenance coordinator for 303 N. Buena Vista Burbank, CA 91505. I would like to commend them for their professionalism, prompt attentiveness, helpfulness and warm friendliness to me and to the others that I know here. They work so well as a team in a very busy place. They have held events in their office and outside to celebrate the season and to bring people together to get to know their neighbors and just to relax together. They are prompt in answering requests

I moved in September and met with Bianca she helped me pick out my one bedroom. Coming from out of state she made the process easy and I appreciate it. So far we have had a couple of events she’s hosted for the residents, most recent was Breakfast on us where Bianca (The Manger) was cooking the waffles this was a first to see a team work together. I’m looking forward to the elm rest of my residency here.

Just moved in - one month on the 12 month lease - so far so good! I had a great experience with Bianca who went above and beyond in customer service to facilitate a smooth move in process and getting started in a new community. We have been living at the Waterstone Apartments for over a year now, and have really come to understand how lucky we were to find them. This is 100% due to the exemplary quality of service we have received from Julie, the property manager. One example that comes to mind was about 2 months ago, our AC condensation tray overflowed into our closet and dripped all over some of our nicest clothes. Once Waldo fixed the issue, Julie gave My wife and I a credit on next months rent for the dry-cleaning. We didn't have to ask her for any kind of reimbursement, she just did it.
