My time living at Bluesky Landing wasn't perfect but it was made up for by the staff. They were very responsive to maintenance requests. These buildings are aging and there are definitely issues that come up related to that.
That said during a lot of my time there they always had some major maintenance project going on. They seem to be doing their best with what they have to work with.
Specific issues I will mention. My utilities were insane, if you are picky about how you set your A/C you are going to be paying a price for it. It seems like the insulation is not enough to keep temps stable without

Amazing people who work here. Came here for a tour to look for a new start. Coming from out of state it’s really hard to finally acceptable renters. Unfortunately they did not have the availability I was looking for but they told me I would be first person in to know new availability. They were soooo nice. I spoke with the community manager Aubrey on the phone to set up my tour. Kristin was the lady who gave me the tour and introduced me to maintenance staff as they walked in. This community really showed how closed everyone can be and that’s what I strive for. I would definitely be looking

Love living here. The maintenance staff and office staff are amazing people to work with. Any issues with have go straight to the office and they will figure out way to make it right.
I would highly recommend living here amazing staff and amazing living.

I’ve been living here for over 2 months now. The appt was chosen for me by my son & daughter in law when I was out East. Fabulous choice! I would have never made it without-the help of Julie. I had been given the wrong address & wasn’t getting my mail. Julie immediately took care of it & any other problem that occurred. She would call me back East to check on things before I even arrived. She’s the greatest person to have when various problems happen or something needs to be address.... she is right on it!! My husband and I lived here for six months before buying a house. Our experience with the grounds, management, and apartment itself was never anything but pleasant! We loved the location of this apartment complex, and would have stayed here longer had we not had success in buying our first home. Management was prompt and polite, the grounds were clean and well-kept, and the pool was well tended. The wood-burning fireplaces in each apartment gave the complex a wonderful smell in the air, as tenants started using them in the fall! Thanks to all the people here who made it such a welcoming and wonderful

My girlfriend and I have been apartment hunting and visited BlueSky Landing. It's really nice. Right from when we showed up everyone was super friendly. Julie helped us and she was amazing. She was patient answering all our questions and even helped us get an idea of the area and recommend a cool place for lunch nearby. By far the best experience we've had hunting for something that will be a good fit. Thanks so much, Julie!!!

Overall a disappointing experience. We moved to Blue Sky Landing Mid Feb 2014 and moved out Jan 03 2015. Honestly couldn't wait to… leave. I will say 24hr maintenance team was great, and always available, friendly and nice. Layout decent, Neighbors great, view of city great, but I do not have much good to say about management and charges.
