I have to say Becca (Manager) and Jeff (Maintenance) had been great! Fast and prompt and overall very accommodating when it comes to do repairs taking my schedule and pets into account, Jeff called to update every step of the repair and made sure I was satisfied. Thanks guys! And now that Becca has been promoted we wish her the best!

I’ve Lived here for the past six months. And I’d have to say that my experience has been nothing short of spectacular the office staff is great and very attentive every time I cough or anything he always picks up the phone and you could tell he has a smile on his face I love my apartment it’s quiet great neighborhood community with great people and staff I couldn’t see myself living anywhere else thank you Highland Green for being my new home. I would definitely recommend this place to live if you’re looking for somewhere in the Kent or Seattle area. Five stars for Highland Green!!

It has been 2 days since the air heating unit that came with our apartment caught on fire. No on has come to check on us, nor the unit itself. I placed an emergency maintenance request but have not seen anyone from maintenance. I did however notice that the property manager, Mike, is responding to Google Reviews this morning, rather than check in on his renter or the apartment that almost burned down. Extremely disappointed.

Great place to live! Smaller complex with only so many apartments and buildings. If you like living in a smaller community this would be a great place to live! Literally like 1 minute away from all the stores and food places. Employees here are great too!! The Office Manager Michael is very knowledgeable and really knows how to do a great job and the Maintenance Supervisor Anthony is amazing! He really knows how to do a GREAT job and he seems to always get work orders done ASAP and you don't have to wait for a really long time to have him come fix something in the apartment. He is also very knowledgeable
