I have been working with Michael twice a week for a few years and I can honestly tell you that there is not a day that I regret doing so. With his help, I have been able to achieve so much more than I ever thought possible….running a 5k, doing a ridiculous number of squats and bench presses and pushing myself to try new things – both in the gym and in real life. Most importantly, I now believe I can do these things. For me training with Michael and regularly going to the gym (5 days a week) decreases my stress level and keeps me from getting sick. I've been training with Michael for about eight months. I am relatively new to working out and kind of don't enjoy it (read: hate it). I had been going to orange theory for about a year and a half and felt like I had hit a dead end. I decided to take up my cousin's rec and met with Michael. Michael is an amazing trainer who transforms you physically and mentally. He has very high standards for physical strength, endurance and overall physical capability. Initially, I thought I could not do what he asked but slowly with his patience I was able to achieve the results and pushed beyond my expectations. I did a 40 mile bike ride and a 10 mile marathon with Michaels help.
