11/15/21: management posted a canned response to my review. I wrote this review after contacting them and giving them several chances and getting tired from the lack of response. Increased rating by a star because AC was fixed by the maintenance person who is really friendly but the leasing staff still had to be reminded twice after submitting the request online two days later. Another con: programmable keys around the property might sound like a wonderful feature but they hardly ever work. I have already been locked out of several entry points at multiple times and have informed the leasing office

I moved into this complex October 2021. My time here has been relatively quiet and cozy. The location is unbeatable! The dog park and trails are my favorite features besides the unit itself. The fine details of my unit are done very well (paint, fixtures etc) compared to many other apartments in the area. My neighbors are friendly, but most of all - the office has taken care of my needs since I've been here. I've had three relatively minor issues since I've moved in, which happens. The first one - my key did not work after 3 days of being here. I was able to have it replaced within 5 minutes. The

We recently just moved in & this place is cozy & has everything youll need. We are hoping to meet some awesome people with in the complex. Bianca has helped a ton with our move & has just made the experience more pleasant. She will go out of her way to make sure she cant help with anything else and answers any questions I have . There are a few minor issues but in the process of fixing those. All in all a great place to live 😊

After contact with Christen, very friendly property manager I have decided to voluntarily change my review. All communities have their own problems, that’s inevitable. The thing that counts is whether these are properly addressed or not, and I must admit that all departments, but management in specific are visibly working hard to come up with solutions, community fund raisers, food trucks and so on and so forth. On top of that complaints are adequately handled. Living here feels like how it should be again!

Working with Bianca to find the perfect first apartment was very quick, easy, and fun! The complex itself is gorgeous and resort-like with incredible courtyards, pool area, and a beautiful towering building that has 4 floors and a 7-level parking garage. My fiancé and I are currently on day 4 in our new apartment and feeling so blessed every day to be living here at Broadstone Woodmill Creek and in The Woodlands area. So happy! : )

The complex has some issues. There are issues with trash in common areas, package delivery is an upcharge to residents, mold from humidity, maintenance requests are backlogged. The courtyard apartments are an after thought to management for upkeep. Grills on courtyard side haven't worked for years, the back yard area is a mosquito infested swamp. I would never recommend moving here. For the price there are much nicer properties in the area. The finish outs are great here, but it has quickly become much less than the luxury living advertised.

Been living here for a while and I must say, I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for management to fulfill promises and go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied. Jose, Christen, Gabby, Shawnece, and Erica has made my life easier and are very responsive when I am in need of their help. I have fluctuating working hours so great communication is a must for me and I couldn’t be happier.
